The entire team treated us very well throughout the process with their flexibility and professionalism. From

My family and I had an excellent experience with Jamaican Treasures Villas and absolutely loved Cannon Cottage at Silver Sands Estates. The Jamaican Treasures agents who worked on our villa rental took the appropriate initiative and also remained available to help us every step of the way. They handled everything expertly and professionally, and replied to all of our inquiries rapidly. I would not hesitate to do business with Jamaican Treasures Villas again. It was a pleasure working with them.

We had a great time. Delkia, Rose, and Lloy helped make our stay perfectly enjoyable. We have been to Jamaica many times and have stayed in other villas and some resorts. But Little Waters was the best. Very nice home that was incredibly spotless and comfortable. We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway.

I was sceptical about our villa booking as we have never done this before, all i can say is the Jamaica Treasures Villa experience was all we were promised and more!! Comfortable, Safe, and. Nostalgic

Truly luxurious and relaxing. The location is ideal for all purposes. The property was well kept and the staff- remarkable. Very attentive and helpful. I was born and raised in Jamaica, but have been abroad for nearly 40 years, but I have to say, it warms my heart to be able to say that the staff was so warm and friendly, they make you feel like your family. We were only there for under a week, yet we feel as if we knew them forever. That is a true Jamaican feeling.
We will definitely plan to go back there again. We have already recommended Jamaican Treasures Villas to many and trust that other villas would have the same quality accommodation and excellent staff.

Coral Cay Villas was the perfect backdrop for my destination birthday celebration with friends and family!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager and staff. Everyone was professional and friendly. The property was spacious and clean. The property is well taken care of. Most importantly, it was gated and had a security guard at night.

The waterfront property views of the ocean were breathtaking, the rooms were both modern and spacious, and, the pool and hot tub were clean. Each room was equipped with powerful air conditioners that could be adjusted for personal comfort. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Ms. Barbara and the staff were amazing. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The entire Coral Cay team was amazing to work with.

The staff made sure we had everything we needed from food and drink to transportaruin. If you want to experience great Jamaican cuisine, you must ask the house Chef to prepare you a meal. Every day, the chef prepared breakfast and dinner for group. The food was extraordinary! It was fresh and well seasoned. They were able to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions.

Coral Cay was perfect for our large group! We would definitely go back and would recommend it for any occasion.

The Kima Village that my friends & I rented was nice & clean. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. The only issue is that the wi-fi connection was terrible. So we didn't have wi-fi service for most of our stay at the village. The pool & grounds were kept clean & maintained. Also, I think that it should be made clear that families or groups should order family style meals as the cook will not be able to accommodate different food requests from each member of a large group. Otherwise everything was amazing!!!

The villa and the associated garden is absolutely beautiful and well maintained; The furniture is almost as new and tastefully furnished. The staff are nice and eager to please their guests. Very sweet we found the gardener, who supplied us on the first day with freshly harvested mangoes. Thanks again for the nice gesture! The small cottage is located directly on a beautiful sandy beach, which we also had as good as for ourselves. It is really magical in the evening to lie in the already pre-installed hammocks and to watch the sunset. Air conditioning and fans work flawlessly; Dishes are sufficiently available and otherwise it lacks practically nothing. Parking is possible directly in front of the cottage which we found very comfortable. Shops are available but not on foot. In this respect, a vehicle is an advantage. Of course, you can also get on-site food, if you are willing to pay the additional costs.

Maybe it is useful to know that due to the adjoining main street and the opposite nightclub, it is quite noisy. Although the Villa is insulated by the adjacent and prison-height wall, you never have 100 % peace. Runaway Bay itself does not really offer that much and compared to other places there was a lot of rubbish on the roadside.

The house was very homey, the staff was AMAZING!! They made us feel right at home and very safe. Our children enjoyed the pool the most. We had a driver take us to dolphin cove and dunn’s River falls. Both great experience’s , we plan to go and stay there again because of the great hospitality and food!
