Received my order no issues
Received my order no issues, but the juice wasn't great. really off tasting. It won't put me off from ordering again, it's just one of those things. this is a rating for the juice as it's not the greatest. i did spend a bit of money with them, the kit is fine, but juice didn't fit my kit at all.

Had a small issue with my mod but Duncan replied promptly and gave detailed help that fixed my problem. Great company to buy from as total piece of mind that help is there if I need it.

Vape VIM is great. Deliver great flavour and battery lasts all day even for heavy vaping. Costumer service is very good. Very good and fast on reply 👌

From Great To Awful
Previously great customer service but more recently awful. I received a dodgy batch of the pic-nic flavours (the apple one had a bad taste of mint). I got asked too many questions and because I couldn’t remember which exact recipe I’d used I never got a refund or the items replaced. I’ve now found a cheaper supplier.

The past two times I've ordered these items at least 1 or 2 of the coils do not work, which is a shame as they work well when they do work.

Superb customer support
Superb customer support. Duncan is a credit to JV! Not only was my issue taken seriously and resolved quickly, but it was done so with genuine enthusiasm. The S22 is a product I've used for years and won't use anything else now.

Clear steam
I am visiting Japan next week and knowing how the Japanese feel about vaping I wanted a vape that was less conspicuous than a normal vape. I took delivery of Clear Steam vape liquid and it's a huge disappointment. It is no different to any vape that I have used before despite being more expensive. Don't waste your money.
