Best customer service and technical support I’ve ever experienced!

Used their products for over 12 years now, and don't feel the need to look elsewhere. The customer service is superb too, staff are very easy to get hold of and accommodating.

One of the two vapes I received doesn't charge at all. I've already submitted a support ticket and sent two emails, but haven't had any response. It feels like customer service is just as understaffed as the shipping department—'next-day delivery' seems to mean three or four days, if you're lucky

All my vapes died on me in the US then I put in an order when I returned. I got them the next day after I spoke to an employee. This company is the best they go above and beyond. Fabulous

Great customer service I had issues with a faulty battery that was still under warranty got in touch with Duncan who was very professional and informative after a few short tests and short video to Duncan a new battery was delivered the next day really impressed with his handling of the situation

I had an issue with a filter that didn’t work with the new s22 set I brought. Duncan was brilliant and helped along the way with guidance. I’ve used jac s22’s for years now, great product and great support.

This review is purely based on the products.

I'll start off by saying I first started using JAC in 2013, I had a few good years before their products (e-cigarettes and coils) seemed to loose some quality and not work quite how they should. Eventually in 2018 I gave up, their support team got less and less helpful with my issues (mostly relating to coils) and I decided to switch to a no-frills e-cigarette that just worked (shock).

Unfortunately the e-cigarette I switched to has been discontinued, upon reviewing the options as a replacement, I decided to give JAC another go. I ordered the S22 starter kit (which ironically was the last device I ordered in 2018).

I put the kit together, filled the tank and left it to charge. I return to it and within minutes all the years of frustration come rushing back.

I don't understand why it's so difficult for JAC to produce something that just work without any faffing.

The device flashed red three times, I had to go online to look up what this meant - an issue with the battery not detecting a tank... right okay. I run through the online help and still have no luck...

I've tried everything on the online help at least 3 times, tried 4 different coils and still I don't have a working device!

I will be contacting support and I'm sure they'll be great, but the issue still stands as why do products seem to have so many problems from this company? I'm going on holiday next week and have no faith that this device will see me through...

Update: I reached out to support and they organised a return, they did let me return the usually none returnable coils which I’m grateful for. They followed up to let me know there was an issue with the tank but I confirmed I just wanted a refund.

I’ve switched to a similarly priced e-cig but it offers more features and just works straight out of the box, no issues or complicated do this if this happens (which seem to be a general thing with Jac products) there’s no overly complex things to setup or multiple failure points which again is a common occurrence with my experience of Jac products.

Ultimately the support team where very helpful, although I feel I had to jump through some hoops such as testing different things to make sure I couldn’t get it working when I’d already decided I wanted to return it regardless of if it worked or not.

I won’t be changing my review score as it’s purely based on the products.

Great when first bought. s22 vape dies what it says on the tin. Until it doesn’t. Coils can be awkward to fit until you get it exactly right. Quite fragile and one of mine loses connection to the coil of you knock it over. This means taking it apart, getting liquid everywhere, cleaning the coil and the housing for it. Then it might all work or it might not. Just as you get that fixed, the top of the tank stops fitting in place and comes off easily leaking liquid everywhere. When it works it’s brilliant but there are many times when it’s disappointing.

I've been using JAC products for years and found them to be well made and promptly delivered. As a repeat customer you get what you expect promptly, reliability is precisely what you need. On the couple of occasions that I've had reason to contact them they have been very helpful and prompt to reply with speedy resolution of any issues.

Cannot recommended enough. Been using them monthly for +8 years and they provide great safe products and customer service second to none. Had a couple of niggles with orders on occasion and they have always sorted next day at their cost no questions asked.
I have been buying the clear steam 50ml packs for majority of my time with them also a great discreet product so you don’t look like a train when vaping.

Used jac vapour for years, they are the best in the buisness. Basic well made ecigs that put up with everyday use. Customer service is brilliant, if you're an everyday smoker jac vapour is the only company that will provide what you need with little fuss.

The mesh coils seem to last less time than previously before needing replacement. I am now using twice as many.
