I've been a customer for years now. I'm picky about quality and demanding about customer service. JV excels on both counts. Which is why I'm STILL a customer. Their kit is good. If things go wrong they fix it quickly. And if it means they're not the cheapest, I'm happy to pay for that. It's really that simple to keep customers happy.

The ARX1 & ARX2 are both great…
The ARX1 & ARX2 are both great products. They have spent a lot of time getting these vape pens a winner. They really thought through every detail weight, comfort, battery, OLED screen, USB-C fast charging and a great POD that's easy to refill. Well done JAC Vapour, one very happy customer

Excellent service - order went walk abouts and a replacement sent straight away with no delay. Very helpful. I’m a repeat customer (monthly) and will continue to be as long as they are in business.

Had high hopes for this.
Ordered the puff box with zero max cartridges. Zero flavour and zero throat hit. Really thought these were going to be a game changer for quitting nicotine for good. Really disappointed, to say the least.

Excellent customer service. Their response to a query/problem was fast (the same day) and efficient. The problem was resolved within a couple of days. The support JAC Vapour gives to their customers is always friendly and helpful. One of the best customer services I have encountered.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.
I made a purchase that unfortunately wouldn’t have been compatible with the RTA I’m using. Duncan from the Jac Vapour team spotted this, cancelled the order, and issued a full refund immediately — no hassle and no back-and-forth.
Genuinely top-tier service and a great example of a company putting the customer first. Highly recommend Jac Vapour based on this experience alone.
