The sleigh bed we had delivered is good quality furniture but I cannot give 5 stars because the delivery was quite late on the day and the drivers never rang us to let us know. They did take away the boxes however.

We had our sleigh bed delivered last September , we are very pleased with our purchase , it is good value for money and we would use this company again

My item arrived in excellent condition and was very well packaged and protected. Very pleased with my new TV unit, just a pity the driver could not take away the packaging.

I recently ordered the “telephone box drinks cabinet” from Island furniture, having had a truly dreadful experience with another retailer on a very similar product.

The service and responses from Island furniture (and their lead contact Corriene) was outstanding from start to finish. Very rapid responses to emails of enquiry, no hesitation and swift arrangement to view the product at the companies Liverpool base. Product delivery was remarkably prompt, with the delivery guys helpful, courteous and on time. I would not hesitate to order from this company again - they have been excellent.

Really bad customer service, the customer service lady is very rude. You have to wait months and months for your goods and they never commit to anything and give such vague answers.

Ordered a telephone bar which I had saved up hard to purchase. Arrived but door wouldn’t close properly as was not hung correctly. Sent photos, videos and Asked for replacement. Had a constant push back, suggested my floor was uneven! (we have a brand new extension and floor) and received no offer of replacement, goodwill gesture or even a simple apology.
Even suggested I put plywood on unit to help close !!! See below e-thread!
Will never buy from them again, buyer beware!!

We do not think it necessary to sand the bottom. You can place a small piece of plywood ( or cardboard) under the left front corner and that will re align the frame and the door should close easily. Try that and let us know the outcome.
We can sent out some touch up paint as well if needs be

Wow, this must be a world record. Ordered goods online at 11.36AM , had a phone call from the company at 3 pm same day asking
would I accept delivery that same day. Goods arrived before 4pm. ( just over 4 hours from ordering to delivery) Superb company, Happy with coffee table. Would certainly use this seller again !

I recently ordered 2 bedsides cabinets for my Versailles collection. Got an email to say items were out of stock and giving me the choice to wait or cancel. I decided to wait , the bedside cabinets arrived, it took longer than predicted but the quality is very good and it's put the finishing touches to my bedroom.

I returned my TV unit because it did not fit in the corner where I wanted it. Quality was good, the pickup and refund was done fast without too much hassle.

My new throne chair looks amazing and fits in beautifully with my other furniture. The helpful driver positioned it in the room as it is very heavy. Great service

Ordered a Telephone bar and it was delivered within days. It was well packed and protected from any damage in transit. A quality piece of furniture and is the second item we have purchased from them.

It would have been 5 stars but the delivery let the side down. The courier said they would be there AM but arrived late PM. We did ring Island Furniture and they did keep us updated and the problem was resolved. Very pleased with the quality of my purchase.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We were very excited to receive our new drinks cabinet and thought it would make a striking new addition to our dining room. Unfortunately the product came with several faults: a previous paint colour showing through (red, we ordered blue); the drawer does not fit into the runners, so was actually broken when we received it; one of the 'telephone box' signs is wonky; numerous cracks, scuffs and chips; some areas that have not been properly painted; also in terms of workmanship, the inner shelves have not been cut evenly and therefore not equally touching in the corners. Knowing that these items are individually hand made, we didn't expect it to be perfect; but we did expect it to be made better than we could have made it ourselves!
When I tried to speak to the company about these issues; I was initially ignored. After several emails and phone calls (that went unanswered) to the 'customer service' team; I finally got through. The first woman I spoke to hung up on me; because I would not except that this was an acceptable product to sell to someone for almost £800.
I will not bore you with the rest of the details, but after numerous emails and failed phone calls; the company decided that an appropriate way to rectify the situation was to send us our own pot of paint so we could fix the product ourselves. One customer service advisor initially offered to refund me the delivery charge, and then a few emails later, I was offered a further 10% refund. Eventually I accepted and was refunded the 10%; but Island Furniture refused to stand by their offer to refund the delivery, and I have not received this refund.
Thoroughly disgusted. But we have been able to fix up the product into a much better state than we received it in; and it does look great. Absolutely NOT worth £800 - shop around or get this type of thing custom made. We have learnt our lesson.
(Also beware: home delivery to this company, means dropping it off on your driveway for you to somehow lug the whole item into the house yourself.)

Delighted to write a review, very happy with the furniture that has just been delivered and the bespoke measurements of the bookcase are the correct size to fit in the alcove. Will be ordering again for the bedroom.

Bought the gorgeous Elaine dressing table in French ivory colour. It’s a fabulous piece of furniture with quick delivery and excellent customer services. Recommend this company.

I bought a pink throne chair for my granddaughter’s birthday , the item arrived on time and the drivers were very helpful by taking it into the bedroom. Great service all around

Can't believe I didn't find this website when I was looking for throne chairs before the lockdown. We just had 2 throne chairs delivered in time for our first wedding this season. The quality and service is 2nd to none. Will definitely be re-ordering from this company.
