Scammers. Thats a very polite word for what I would like to write here.

Same as the others on here. I’ve received the same email. Low life, scum. Someone wanting to trademark my name? And I should buy it first for £600 + vat. Nothing but fear mongers after your money. And they have a website! Goes to the truth that anyone can create a website…. Avoid and report as fraud/scam website to the Governments National Cyber Security Centre website.

DO NOT get sucked in by this company. They have no outbound or inbound call facility and don't come back to you on questions but insist on you handing information over. This has scam written all over it.

Another attempt at scamming you by email. It takes 3 to 4 months to process and is only £170 on official government website. Search how to register a trademark and the gov.uk site will be there.

Same as below - had the exact same email claiming someone had registered my company name as a trademark. Absolute BS. Don't fall for it!

This is a scamming attempt as they imply copyright can be breached. They demand payment to protect a copyright I already hold as I created the name of my unique website.
Legal entitlement states:
"Copyright is an automatic right which the author or creator of material is entitled to assert unless they waive the right to do so. As such, the authors of the text on your website will own the copyright, as will the creators of any audio recordings, photographs or pictures, unless you have agreed otherwise".

Obvious scam. Registering directly with the IPO office itself takes months, they cannot possibly get it issued next day, even though their charges are 4 times as high.

Scammers! Verified by the Intellectual Property Office itself.

Please report to the real Intellectual Property Office if they email you.

I have just received exactly the same email as everyone one by the looks of it. Immediately googled and came up with loads of scams of this manner.

This morning received the same email as others report here. Makes you sit up but soon realize it's most likely a scam. Will report.

I received email today and must warn anyone not to fall for this and just hope that everyone who receives is not taken in with this awful manner of trying to get people to part with their money! Do what I am about to do and Select Phishing on your email, (Their is a team that check these out) and also Block PIR Protection.

Scammer, same email as others have received asking to register my brand name and asking for money.

Scam received same email. Go through gov site and do it.
