Just had Stephen from Intratone out visiting today, he was very helpful, professional and was able to show me and other residents how the system works. Can’t believe I can see who is at the close door and open it using my mobile phone. What a great product and service. He is a credit to Intratone

Thank you for all your help. I find technology very difficult and this young man explained it very carefully and repeated it quite a few times. And if I get stuck I can contact intratone direct.

Bezint eer ge begint!! verkopen producten die niet voldoen aan de verwachting, communicatie is hopeloos!! we kopen deze intraboxen niet nog eens! waar blijft de beloofde mobipas?!ze beloven 10 jaar subscription included, dan wordt dit zomaar ongedaan gemaakt!! comunicatie en service is zeer slecht!!

Very disappointed - 2 Intratone intercoms fitted and both failing
We have 2 Intratone systems fitted over to entrances into our property and quite frankly they have never worked properly since installation. Constantly cut off. Gates open on their own & we cant hear a word over the intercom. We have had numerous people look at it but it just doesn't work! Very disapointed & very upset as it was such a waste of money. If Intratone can send someone to make it work as it should then I will respond with a review to keep you updated but currently.

I am sick of having to log back into my account for it to say number isnt recognised or something went wrong but doesn't tell me what.... missed 3 deliveries up to now. Very sub standard service
