Not only was their customer service exceptionally poor, they are now trying to prove that my original review was not legitimate six months after leaving it! Heed the warnings - don't go near.

I called them twice, and twice the person who answered the phone shouted at me saying they were too busy. I never got as far as making an order after being treated so badly.

Their response to my review is libellous lies. The fact that they can casually comment on something with such venom tells you a lot about them.

I bought two leather reclining arm chairs, ( or thought I had) via Interior Envy web site October 2025.
supposed to take a maximum 4 to 5 weeks so thoroughly expected them to arrive before Christmas, started writing emails and phoning the company on the 11th asking when I was to receive the order, I would be told "give me a couple of days to check and I will get back to you" or "I will call you next Monday" Mostly they did not do so. from the 11th of December to the 16th January after Four emails and twelve phone calls they still could not or would not give me a date, I cancelled the order by email on the 16th Jan they called me on the 17th Jan only to tell me that they were having trouble to get the colour I had ordered would I like to change the colour! NO THANKYOU, anyway a refund was agreed, but having now sent two emails asking why not I still haven't had a refund.
Bottom line is if you can possibly avoid purchasing anything from this Co I suggest you do, They will take your money but you may not get the goods,

Been caught out ! Paid for a mirror , no delivery of goods . Numerous phone calls . Do not buy from this company !!!!

Wow, I am excited about the 3 seater sofa i bought for my apartment. This quality of wood is top-notch and service delivery is excellent. I will highly recommend Interiorenvy.

Literally the worst customer service. Incredibly rude on phone; incorrect shipping times on website, no indication as to when item will be shipped and no explanation as to why it’s late.

We purchased two reclining leather sofas, which arrived within the timescale we were given. Very pleased with the quality of the sofas. The service has been great, friendly and helpful with a follow up call the day after delivery to check everything was ok.Delivery was arranged immediately and expertly installed.

I ordered my chair on the 5th of November where I was made aware is eight weeks delivery. Given the Christmas and New Year holidays delivery date was correct.
I spoke to a gentleman on the phone who kept me updated on the progress of my order. The chair was delivered by FedEx on the 14th January 2026. The courier was very polite and courteous and apologetic for being a day late. I would have no hesitation in recommending interior envy. The quality of the chair is first class.

Brought a lovely suite from interior envy and is very comfortable really pleased could not be happier. Would recommend this company, very polite sales staff to deal with even delivery men was helpful too. Thank you very much. Mr and Mrs West.

Would highly recommend Interior Envy. They have some real individual designs and all high quality. We have just bought a table and chairs and are absolutely in love with them. Taf has been unbelievable from the start, from putting up with my incessant questions to doing everything he could to get them delivered to us on time. The follow up call the next day is something that bigger brands could take a lesson on. Thanks Taf!

Excellent communication and quality product. Spent 4.5k on luxury Italian Sofas, with electric recliners. Expertly installed. Would recommend.

Ordered and paid for 2 chest of drawers , on the 20th October - at the time of ordering , there was no indication that these were not in stock. 6 weeks later despite several emails and telephone calls we are still waiting , told now it is in stock but can’t seem to organise delivery.
Pretty shocking service all round , recommend to avoid !

Recently took delivery of sofa, chair and footstool.
Very happy with the service.
Price was very competitive.

Recently bought a new house and was looking for furniture for a good price. I have realized a lot of places in Sheffield are extortionate and low quality. However, Aftab at interior envy really went the extra mile for me. Highly reccommend, great prices and lovely staff. John

Absolutely lovely experience with Aaron In the shop we spent a good amount of time with him where he didn’t pounce or pressure us to buy which made the experience more relaxing , we ordered the Chicago corner sofa and was told 6-8 weeks but got it within 5 !! Which was even happier about the 2 man delivery who came out was wonderful to they installed the sofa in under half an hour and placed it in our choice of room and position , would highly recommend shopping here great experience 👍🏻

In April my boyfriend ordered a lovely Vintage Leather and Harris Tweed Storage Bench with a delivery estimate of 14-16 weeks. At the time it seemed a long time to wait but we couldn't find anything similar elsewhere so he placed the order.

Throughout the whole of the 14-16 weeks he was sent no updates and had to call several times to try and understand what was the delay. We were promised by Taff that he would keep us updated and call us back but never did. They took my boyfriend's money gladly but since then the service has been non existent. Still non-the-wiser of where the bench is or when it when it will be delivered we have both called and left voicemails but have had no response.

We have requested the order be cancelled as it is now 20 weeks since we placed our order. Surely it shouldn't take this long to make an ottoman, I dread to think how long it would take if we had ordered a sofa!!!

Very disappointed.

My experience with interior envy was amazing. I and my wife purchased a 3 seater recliner from them. Friendly customer service, the product is top- notch

Great choice of sofas great service and taf was amazing ,let me browse then recommend a better sofa than i was going to buy and gave a great discount off it ,could have had it delivered the next day ,and the delivery was first class would differently recommend them.

The salesman in was extremely helpful with all aspects of choosing a new 2 and 3 piece sofa,
We agreed a price on a sofa and a delivery date.
The sofa came on time the two young guys brought it into the house unpacked it with care very happy with our purchase.
We have had the sofa’s for 3 months now and they look as. good as the day they were bought into our house.
Would highly recommended this company.
