I at first really enjoyed taking the surveys and having a small extra income trickle in. But in the past week alone I have suddenly been disapproved for incentive on the day I was supposed to receive it.

I've been doing this for over a month and have never been disapproved on payday. 4 times in a row now has this happened and I always aim to be as constructive and helpful as possible in the surveys.

It doesn't help either that they give no specific reason to help you improve. For all I know they pocketed the money and still gave my feedback to the companies. Are they struggling financially and just deciding not to pay people? I have contacted support and received no help from them.

I would recommend using other survey sites.

Buscaré a otros proveedores de encuestas que sean más profesionales y paguen mejor (tardan hasta 21 días y llevo varias encuestas que no pagan)

I really enjoy taking part in user surveys and testing and have been doing it for some time but ive found intellizoom probably one of the worst experiences. The website is incredibly poor and you have no way of finding out your study history or payments.

Recently ive done about 12 studies and atleast 5x have been rejected with very vague emails giving no specific reason why. With so many rejections you wonder whats the point in spending your time to complete them. I also had a video study where the client never even turned up!

I've never once had a rejection from usertesting.com - Id recommend anyone to go to that website. The website is detailed intuitive, provides all study history and it pays you within 7 days.

Dont waste your time with intellizoom

I've been using Intellizoom for years. This is definitely a legit site. You get paid roughly about 21 days after you successfully complete your surveys. I've made hundreds of dollars with them. The surveys are fun, they are not long and you get paid $5-$10.00 for it.

Definitely legit. I had a payment that was sent to inactive PayPal account (my fault) which cannot receive payments, so I emailed intellizoom support to send the money to my current PayPal support. Within a week, my problem was fully resolved. Great study platform and support. Recommended!

Intellizoom is a great site to use. You get paid $5/$8 to test out website prototypes, sort website categories or just answer questions.

Yes, you don't get paid straightaway; it takes about a month to get paid into PayPal. You might get screened out of some or not paid if you don't do a good job at speaking your thoughts.

I personally have used the site for a couple of months and made around £40. I like seeing the odd $5/$8 in my account.

Gave them a zero previously due to "test completed then does not upload, just stutters all the way through then freezes at 90% upload. Results lost. Rubbish". However very recently these bugs and nuances seemd to have been ironed out and the test are working smoother and results uplading almost instantly with no issue. Payments are always timely, although you do have to make a written record of each test done and expected payment date, so as to be able to keep track of payments or any failed tests which sometimes may occur if the test is unsatisfactory. I hope it continues smoothly.

Let's cut to the chase. The support team was being dishonest & belittling in how they handled, "support issues". For whatever reason, we were shut out of gigs we got. I explained this to support, and she asked for a project number. (We'd never got one.) Since I asked, she got butt hurt & tried to shade entries, so we could n't get paid. After having my office reach out to the company, we found out that they don't even have a real office or owner. Avoid 'em. It's a short matter of time before they are closed for good.

Giving up on this. I’ve tried to take lots of surveys that I apparently qualify for but I then either find out I don’t or the survey’s expired (some only 30mins after I’ve received the email). All this hassle for a paltry $1 if you’re lucky - complete and utter waste of my time and awful experience. Don’t bother!

After countless attempts to take one of the 100´s of surveys that flood my email box I finally was able to answer one. I was asked to download userzoom to continue. OK. Then asked to rate a mobile app to be used for a pharmacy. I followed the directions I did what was asked I gave feedback when prompted. I spent a good 10 miniutes. At the end I was asked if I had anything feedback? I told them I was happy to see an app that I didn't have to search to contact someone (was one of the tasks) I was detailed when asked about the color and secondary color. I hit done. Then I get sorry you don't qualify. I thought I did thats why you had me download the userzoom in the first place. I was being accused of being dishonest. Not completing the survey and disingenuine. Insulted by an AI. Seriously?

absolute pointless survey site,you dont qualify for any of the surveys and if you're lucky enough to actually do a survey you have to wait years for payment.

Not paying. No way to link your Paypal account. One test every 2 months (in France at least). Bad testing interface. What else? Don't bother.

They take your info and never give you any work to do. They give you tests to do but you never qualify! Never, even if you choose all the options on there (for qualification). Complete scam! Be aware, you have been warned!

This company needs better communication. They do NOT tell you that you should keep up with your test numbers, The pay is low and I had completed a lot for them to pay me $1 AFTER I contacted them about my tests. They do not have a clear level of accountability, unlike many other companies. We should NOT have to run behind these companies for information about the tests. It is not visible to the USER at all. They could be pocketing the money and telling you that you failed for all we know. This can be a hassle for a lot of people, not many keep track of all info.

This is one of the best website / application testing sites I have ever used. They have done a lot of improvement to their system in terms of payment, it was 21 days and now I think they pay within a week from the test being approved.

First you get short small tests and once you complete them you can upgrade and take regular tests ranging from $5 per test for card sorting and then $8 for regular test with audio And or audio and video.

I never had any problem with them in terms of payment and they always respond to my inquiries and questions as a tester.

Absolutely love intellizoom. I have been with them around three years now and I can honestly say I have had a great experience. I get a regular stream of surveys. I thoroughly enjoy doing them and find them interesting. They pay well and are incredibly fair in comparison to other sites. It takes a long time to recieve payment (around 21 days). Despite this I think this site is deserving of a five star rating. Thanks Guys!

So far i have paid the test study, and ive done 2x$5 and 1x$1

Not been been yet because not 21 days, theres one thing i dont like, how do i find out what studies i have completed and waiting payment on? Surely must be a section?
