I'm fairly new to I would say I've been there roughly a month and my experience as far as been great I have had a lot of studies to apply for quite a few I didn't qualify for but the ones I did I I've already gotten paid I'm not encountered any problems with this site this far and I haven't needed to contact customer service so I'm not sure about that end but my PayPal went through just fine to me it seems to be working as I would expect it to at least I'm actually getting paid for doing this stuff instead of all these other sites

Intellizoom gigs are generally way too elongated and extensive to pay out lower versus some of the other brands like them. For example they'll pay you $5 or $8 for a gig. These gigs take almost an hour to complete, and they repeatedly ask really superficial questions. These questions institute remedial replies because of how repetitious and frail they are structured. Here's the kicker: if you don't answer these questions based on their criteria (which is not English proficiency, because they are often misspelled), then they may not accept your submissions. Basically, you're maybe getting paid $5 for an hour (or 45 minutes) alongside of shotty interactions perpetuated by who knows who. If they allowed us to submit our interactions in perhaps a paragraph form at one time with spell check to be fair, then that would perhaps fix the problem. That exposes another issue. Their customer service, at times....It takes way too long to hear from someone when there's an issue.

It been alright until October 2022. Since then and merging with Usertesting it is disaster. Testers are all the time reporting problems on the community page, no support when needed, or if you get a message its just generic email.
I have been trying to reach them in many occations and only generic email is received. Their algorithm to deliver invitations to testres is broken for months but they do nothing about it.
I would advice companies that need testing to avoid Intellizoom or Usertesting because they became disfucntional platforms.

Llevo un mes con ellos, me han llegado encuestas a diario, algunos días incluso dos. La primera que hice sin web cam, de 5 dólares, la he cobrado a los 21 días exactos. A partir de hoy vienen las de 8 dolares, y 16 dólares, ya os diré si las cobro o no. Llevo dos días que me han llegado encuestas en ingles, no sé si por mí error o las envían así, obviamente las he rechazado

In recent months the service they offer has significantly deteriorated. Half way through studies and the page crashes randomly with nothing you've entered being saved. You press success on a page and it says you've picked to abandon the project. Studies which are showing as available, once you click on them, you're automatically told that they're not available.

What was previously a decent company to earn a few pounds with on the side is no longer worth spending the time on.

I was with Intellizoom for more than a year. The first couple of months it was ok, and then since October 2022, when they joined with UserTesting, it is literally a disaster. I can't believe Usertesting even want to be associated with such a disfunctional platform.
People on Reddit are saying that some of them are receiveing 15-20 screneers per day and some just 2 screeners for the a whole month.
So, Intellizoom let me tell you the problem that such algorithm to spread the tests can cause:
- Those getting 15-20 screeners are exhausting themselves, paying less and less attention just to earn more money, and of course can't give good quality reviews if you are tired. Their quality of work will surely drop.
- Those getting only 2 screeners per month are not motivated with your offer, so again you are not getting eager testers that put their whole attention to it.
- Having demotivated and tired testers results in your clients/companies to pay for low quality feedback.
I dont know who is benefiting from you disfunctional algorithm that can't make sure to spread the amount of tests among the testers so everyone gets work, motivation and of course your clients will get a good quality reviews....and you as a platform a better review on Trustpilot.

I am editing my previously negative opinion because I was proven wrong today when I received payment from Intellizoom from the surveys I had completed.

Useless. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS. can't connect to paypal. customer service never answers questions. It must be a fake site. Go to UserBrain instead. I am now going to delete my account

Have tried 5. times to complete the practice survey but it got decline every time, And support dont answer my message.

Not qualifying for the surveys! If they can't provide surveys then why wasting others time to check for this!? Send only qualifying surveys to users rather than making fool of people who are struggling financially in life

Poor experience! They dont even bother to reply when you request them to provide the payment updates. Even though my earlier experience of working with them was awesome, 2023 helped me understand their true nature :(

Out of the past 70 attempts at surveys since starting I keep getting that I dont qualify once it gets close to the end. I feel like theyare using my answers to fulfill a survey and then saying I dont qualify so they wont have to pay me. A complete waste of time.

I'm using intelizoom since 2021 and I always had good amount of tests. But lately the platform has gone nuts! I received a test invite and clicked the button straight away (within seconds literally!) and the session was already closed. This is note the first time I got that and I haven't had any test for at least 3 months..nevrr happened before..very odd.

I personally really like using intellizoom, I mean some weeks I am able to get over $100. It does take around 3 weeks for you to receive payment, which is quite long to be fair if you compare with the likes of UserTesting. In fact I've been tracking this for 6 months, and it seems to be exactly 21 days from the completion of the test. But I don't really mind that, because if you're constantly using it every week, you will see money coming in every week, albeit work from 3 weeks previous.

I remember in the beginning tests coming in were a bit slow, but it gets better, and while it's not always consistent, I've noticed getting at least $40 or more a week is very possible eventually

Realmente aparece igual una encuesta/estudio al día pero casualmente nunca eres el perfil indicado para la encuesta. De las 4 que he intentado hacer, he sido expulsado de las 4 por no dar el perfil. Me pregunto yo, si ya he tenido que dar mi perfil para q me manden las encuestas adecuadas, pq me aparecen otras y no me deja hacerlas. Timo.

Have been with intellizoom for a while but just lately they seem to have lost the plot. I have received the same survey 9 times (so far). I have responded every time and failed to qualify every time but no surprise there.

I am also receiving invitations on my mobile phone but when I try to open the survey a page opens which should only open on a computer because it tells me that I need to scan the displayed QR Code with a mobile device?! I have emailed them 3 times about this with several screenshot each time to demonstrate the issue to them but it carries on with no reply from them.

Surveys are always closed even though I have spent several minutes answering questions anyway!

Money has dried up, there is no way to contact them, presumably because they don't want you to, and will be deleting my account.

I was a reliable tester, did many tests. Now a 60min test link wasn't working. Tried multiple times to no prevail. No phone number that gets answered at all, multiple E-Mails plainly ignored. I wasted 60min that I still didn't get paid for. This is the second time, that wasn't paid for. That is how you lose reliable participants.

I've been doing surveys here for a few years and enjoyed getting a few pounds here and there (usually $1 a time so not much!) but - like some others have mentioned - they have started rejecting my payments. I have no idea why, I spend plenty of time making sure I do everything and giving detailed answers but it is upsetting to spend time on these things only to be told later they won't be paying you!

Seems like a scam to sell your information. Lot's of detailed questions about you and your situation.
