I enquired online and quickly got a call back. I was put through to Julian who was efficient and thorough in taking details and explaining the cover available. I received a written copy of the quotation quickly and a follow up call which answered some queries. The cover offered is comprehensive.
Although a little more costly than I was expecting, the cover gives me confidence that my property is well protected and the Uk based support will avoid Greek bureacracy if I ever need help

Having had a good experience with this company for our own house and holiday lets, when my father went into a care home in 2023 we had no qualms about taking out a new policy on his (unoccupied) house. This was all explained at the time and no issues were raised. He passed away in January, and a few days after his death there was damage to the roof as a result of Storm Éowyn. We called out a roofing contractor to do some emergency repairs but he advised that a portion of the roof needs replacing at a cost of £4k. After sending photos, damage reports, etc. it took Intasure around 10 days to arrange for a loss adjuster to visit the property, and that was now over two weeks ago. Intasure staff and their loss adjusters have been friendly on the phone but have raised numerous spurious points with us and managed to mix up our various policies (e.g. they sent the wrong policy details to the loss adjuster on the day of his visit!). In the absence of a decision we have had to proceed with the necessary works prior to receiving any confirmation that Intasure will pay up, since there is further severe weather forecast and we don't want to risk any further damage to the property. We are very disappointed with this poor level of service and intending to move our other policies elsewhere when they expire.

There had been a problem with our renewal - through no fault of our own. As a consequence we incurred an increase in premium, but at least the company kept our no claims in place because they were at fault.

2 days before Xmas and with a renewal date of early January intasure decided after sending a renewal quote to cancel my cover because apparently they didn't like the values of my automobilia in the garage..items valued at approx £12k total ...this after zero claims ever and a perfect security system with CCTV etc...makes zero sense.. hardly anytime to get find new cover and as is the world today nobody you can talk to with common sense.
