Pessima esperienza. Ordinato scopa in silicone da 9,99 e mai arrivata. Ho trovato poi in altro addebito di 47 euro, na non ho ordinato nulla!! Una truffa bella e buona. Non rispondono.

This is the first time I used Innovagoods
This is the first time I used Innovagoods. They sent me a link to An Post who were supposed to deliver the item. I clicked on that link several times but got nowhere. I contacted Innova and got a prompt reply from Charlotte. But in the meantime it had been delivered! I must say though the response from Charlotte Innova was excellent. Good customer service. Also they are following up with the carrier as to why the system did not work as it normally does.

Fijn koelkussen gekregen met verjaardag. Helaas niet bruikbaar. Lekt als een rieten mandje. Bed nat. Natuurlijk geen bonnetje dus ook geen mogelijkheid om te retourneren. Wat zonde😪 is er een mogelijkheid om dit kussen goed te dichten?

He comprado varios productos de esta marca, un separador de dedos y una sniffing mat para las perras y estoy encantada con la calidad de los dos. En especial con la mat que les encanta a mis perras y además la he lavado muchas veces en la lavadora y sigue como el primer día. (Tengo una de otra marca que ha ido perdiendo el color y el grosor de la tela con los lavados)

Counterfeit products! We purchased an InnovaGoods travel pillow on Amazon. The pillow is a counterfeit, and all the resellers have been pulled off Amazon. All the resellers informed me that they purchased these counterfeit pillows from InnovaGoods and the pillow was branded as InnovaGoods. See one copy of the email below from one of the resellers:

Broke after one month

My purchase broke 1 month after using it a few times.
The company said that I could get a new one, and sent me the returning label. I sent the item back and was ghosted afterwards. I’ve emailed them many times. One month after the reclamation they transferred me my money back after my trustpilot review.

Mi è arrivato un prodotto che nemmeno ho ordinato. Non ho fatto nessun ordine, non ero in casa e mia mamma non sapendo ha ritirato il pacco e ha pagato 30 euro. Non c'è possibilità di parlare con un'operatore, o un recapito telefonico. Ho mandato varie email e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. Una truffa! Al giorno d'oggi viene studiato di tutto e di più per fregare la povera gente che lavora onestamente. Vergogna!
