Popped into infinity motorcycle…
Popped into infinity motorcycle southampton to get a lid sorted for myself. On my first visit Ben was super helpful helping me find a lid that fitted me and in a range of different budgets. I was not pressured to make a purchase that day. Went back a week later and this time dealt with Steve who was also fantastic mentioned Ben had helped me the week previous and I've made my decision on the lid I wanted. Steve also took his time in helping me with gloves which I also bought. He patiently helped me with some jackets which I will return again soon for. I felt very welcomed at infinity and was very well informed with a wealth of knowledge from the guys about gear. They will be my go to motorcycle store as I have trust in them. Thanks guys see you all again soon.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I bought boots and helmet online, both arrived very quickly shame they were tight so sent them back easy and quick. A couple of days later next size up arrived very fast and efficient.
From order to my house with a second delivery with the right size was 7 days.
I will definitely recommend to my friends and I'll be a customer again in the future.

NO HELP WITH WARRANTY IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY
Be aware that if you have a fault with anything that you have bought from Infinity Motorcycles that they wont help. Despite being within the manufacturers warranty period.
They will try to discourage such requests quoting long delays, negative outcomes and diminish any fault as 'wear and tear'

I am sorry to hear that your recent warranty claim has not met your expectations.
I understand that you were attempting to claim on a pair of Dainese boots which had developed a fault with the zip, which you had originally purchased from Bike Stop.
When you first contacted Stevenage about your claim, they sought advice from our suppliers so that they would be able to advise you as best as possible. Our suppliers reviewed the images you provided and informed us that the boots were unlikely to be covered under warranty, as the damage sustained appears to be from general wear and tear.
It was not the intention of our Stevenage branch to discourage you from going through with the claim. They only wanted to inform you that the damage may not be covered under warranty, so that you could make an informed decision on whether you would still like to process the claim, as it would mean you being without the boots for 1-3 weeks, which is consistent with our timeline outlined in our "Warranty Returns" Terms and Conditions, which you can read here: https://www.infinitymotorcycles.com/delivery-and-returns
I am sorry that you felt as though we were trying to discourage you from going through with the claim. Your feedback is valuable to us, and it has been passed on to the relevant individuals so we may improve our services and prevent a situation like this from occurring again.

Used to be good probably 9 years ago, rubbish customer service, been there on 3 separate occasions to spend money. Not one sales rep asked if I wanted help. Will not be going there again and I will tell everyone I know too. North Camp much better

Great service from start to finish
I have to mention Steve and his colleague at Southampton. Called yesterday just before closing to check they had a specific jacket in stock and in my size. They did. 60 mile ride to their shop today. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and paying with Klarma was a doddle. Excellent 5*'s for Infinity.

Hanger Lane- Rico and Eli , true stars
I ve purchased a Cardo Edge from the Hanger Lane branch.Many thanks to Rico and Eli who were very kind and asked if I need help in fitting it to the helmet so they did it for me nicely on the spot, taking away the stress, energy and time I would have had to spend doing it myself. Spot on as always ! All the branches I ve been to such as Hanger Lane, Holborn, Farnborough or Camberley, the staff were very friendly and helpful, with plenty of knowledge! Thank you again

Purchased a Cardo packtalk Pro. Stumbled at first due to payment issues that were very quickly resolved with the customer support person, UK based, which gave me confidence to proceed. They identified that there was an admin issue, in real time, issued a full refund. Placed the order again and received the the unit next day. Very happy with the whole experience, despite the initial glitch. Their staff were extremely helpful and diligent around this minor issue, and I will definitely be a returning customer. Deteriorating service
Since the change of the company website, it seems that the customer service changed as well.
Previously we could see all purchases and returns on our accounts, now you cannot find it, you rarely get notifications about the refunds once the return has been delivered to them.
Its a significant difference to the company I joined as a client a few months ago.
Maybe they should review the work of their IT department?
I have been told that my history of purchases has been wiped out, and unlikely to recover??? What

While we understand your frustration, please note that your second exchange request for the jacket was submitted outside our standard returns and exchange window. Steve proceeded with the exchange as a gesture of goodwill, despite it not being required.
Some of the items you requested for exchange were sourced from a supplier with whom we were experiencing issues at that time, which unfortunately contributed to delays in fulfilling your order. Although discounted prices were visible on our website, those items were not available for online purchase due to those supplier constraints, and we were unable to offer the same discounts in-store.

I’ve used them several times and the service is spot on, unbelievably quick delivery…

Cage from Hanger Lane was great!
I recently visited the Hanger Lane store with my dad to buy a jacket. We had gone on a whim after visiting the Ace Cafe and had arrived quite close to closing time. I felt a little bad as I was spending quite a bit of time trying things on and making a decision, but Cage was great. He didn't make us feel rushed at all. He was very kind and got us a deal on the jacket, which I was quite thankful for since I was unsure about spending so much. Overall, a good experience; I wouldn't recommend going so close to closing time. However, if you do, know that you won't be made to feel like you need to leave! x

Infinity Motorcycles Christchurch in Dorset, a simply wonderful experience. Wanting to get back into motorcycling after a 20 year gap I really wasn’t up to speed with modern kit, especially helmets. After reading many reviews I chose Infinity as my go to store for hopefully good sound advice, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. From the initial friendly greet I was left alone to browse with the offer of help if needed. I needed it, and got it in droves, the staff were VERY knowledgable and answered all my questions. Expert advice without a push to spend silly money. The staff listened to me and absorbed my wants and needs and my little knowledge, the very last question by them was “now what is your budget”? Then I was guided through numerous products, some way below and some slightly above my budget, an honest range. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase, they even gave me time alone to try on numerous models. I have made a purchase at Infinity and look forward to making many more in the future. I highly recommend Infinity.

Sam Christchurch Store
Just moving to the Highcliffe area visited the local store in Christchurch . Being a former motorcycle dealer/owner i know how important customer service is . I knew what i wanted and Sam attended to my needs . Very clued up on every question i asked even told me things that i was not even aware of . Ended up buying more than a helmet . Now if i had someone like Sam running my department in my dealership i would feel very safe . A credit to your store . Don't suppose he will get to read this but i do hope you let him know .
