The floor looks great
The floor looks great, however, it's not finished. It was installed June 26, 2017 and still isn't completed. I initiate calls to inquire and haven't received call back.

They were courteous
They were courteous, professional, and the job was done well. This is the second time we have used them. If I need anything done with any type of flooring needs, they are the first company we go to.

I had a great experience selecting the right carpet and pad for our condo. The sales team was knowledgeable, they communicated with me throughout the order process, and installation was scheduled within my time frame. The carpet looks great. This company has a solid team of professionals. I would deal with them again.

Very satisfied customer
I was very happy with Independent Carpet One of Westland. It took forever for me to choose the carpet and Jason, my salesman was very patient with me and made my experience a pleasant one. My installer Joe and his crew were also very good. They did a great job! Love working with Independent One. Would highly recommend them.

Super friendly laid back staff
Super friendly laid back staff! No pressure, not pushy, but very helpful! I came in on a Friday and the staff were all wearing jeans and carpet one shirts. I think that was great! I would totally buy carpet from them again! Installers also did a great job and were quick and efficient!

Best Flooring experience ever!
Our Sales Person / Interior Decorator, Janet, was amazing! Her knowledge of the products, her ability to mix and match our new vinyl floor with our new carpet made the rooms look perfect!
Our installers for both the vinyl floor and the carpeting were friendly, prompt, professional and efficient.
A totally exceptional team all around!
