Selling products past End-of-Life
Purchased WebAnimator from this company. It is complete crap. The ability to export as an animated gif doesn't work. When visiting support forums you realize this is past end-of-life with no intent to update, yet they still sell it. I am a web developer and took a quick look at the Web product and it was so ridiculous can't imagine how or why anyone would use it.
Appreciate the reply below. Don't belive it but will see.

purtroppo non lo consiglio perché nulla è previsto per gli utenti e il futuro... Con ogni nuova versione troppo tempo sprecato con i bug. Non ascoltano le esigenze dei clienti, NOI... Peccato
La mia opinione è: non raccomandabile.
Lascio definitivamente il loro sito del forum del Centro assistenza, che non lo è .... perché il supporto è fornito dal 90% degli utenti. Rispondono solo 2 o 3 ore nel pomeriggio. E pensano di essere superiori a tutti!
E ancora non ascoltano i clienti che NOI siamo.

ci dispiace molto che il nostro programma non risponda a pieno alle tue esigenze.
Come ti hanno riferito anche i nostri colleghi che si occupano dell'assistenza tecnica offerta tramite il nostro portale ufficiale Help Center, WebSite X5 è un programma pensato per rispondere alle esigenze molto varie e trasversali di utenti che non necessariamente hanno esperienza nel mondo della creazione di siti web. Gli sviluppi del software che, insieme alla correzione di eventuali bug segnalati, sono ovviamente la nostra priorità, si orientano verso questo aspetto fondamentale e si concentrano quindi su funzionalità che risultino facilmente utilizzabili da tutti. Le funzionalità che ci hai suggerito nel tempo, benché sicuramente utili e interessanti, sono però molto specifiche, ed è semplicemente per questo che non sono state ad oggi implementate.

Fantastic customer service.
When I renewed my license, for a great price discount of 50%, I was going to buy the 85 credit pack for 30% off but forgot to check the box.
I immediately sent an email telling them of this. They were so nice when I got an email back saying they would allow me to get it at the same discount.
I am very impressed with their customer service and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Cudos to IncoMedia Customer Support and a shout out to an excellent product
Have been using Website-x5 for my Free Lance web design business for two years and am very happy with the product! Recently I ordered some credits to purchase some IncoMedia design options. The credits did not appear in my IncoMedia account. Sent an email to IncoMedia Customer support and in very short order the problem was resolved.

WebSite X5 Pro Review
We have been using WebSite X5 Pro for several years, for which I would describe a few sentences:
- The interface of the program is clean, it is easy to create web pages with it.
- It is a very good thing that it supports the Hungarian language, because this makes it easier to learn to use the program.
- If you want to create a more serious (webshop) website, you also need programming knowledge.
- If you want to create a simple website, just buy the WebSite X5 Evo package.
- You can quickly create your own website from the free templates.
- What is very good is that you can create a custom website according to your idea, but for this you need to understand several programs, e.g. Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, etc.
- The WebSite X5 Marketplace has many free and paid plug-ins to make your site even more beautiful.
- The program has a lot of useful features that make it a great help to create professional responsive pages.
- At first there were indeed bugs in the program, but it was fixed with regular updates.
- Overall, we are satisfied with the use of the program.

LA'SSISTENZA non è possibile parlare con nessuno .. è permesso solo aprire TOPIC ..si deve aspettare 24/48 ore per avere una risposta che la maggior parte delle volte non ti aiutano...Esempio mi hanno risposto dopo quasi 48 ore io ho risposto alla loro domanda,sono passati quasi 2 ore non ricevo risposta dall'assistenza

Ci dispiace non vederti soddisfatto del servizio di assistenza. Effettivamente, l’assistenza tecnica è disponibile sul nostro portale ufficiale. Questo ci permette, in fase di gestione della problematica, di potere accedere a tutte le informazioni relative all’utente, incluse le licenze possedute e lo storico delle richieste, il che ovviamente ci permette di avere un’idea più chiara della situazione. A parte ciò, l’assistenza telefonica è comunque disponibile per domande di carattere commerciale, o ancora per richieste legate all’attivazione della licenza del programma.
In merito, invece, ai tempi di attesa, dovuti da un lato dai tempi tecnici di analisi delle problematiche e dall’altro dal tempo materiale di riposta ai diversi ticket, confermiamo che i nostri tecnici hanno bisogno in genere di 24/48 ore per gestire le richieste che riceviamo, e quindi garantire a tutti l'assistenza di cui hanno bisogno.

Die Online-Shops in der Software website X5 sind für deutsche Online-Shops ungenügend und es droht eine Abmahnung.
Die freie Presse hat dazu bereits Stellung genommen und vor der Nutzung gewarnt.
Schlimm ist, dass INCOMEDIA es nicht verbessern will und Hunderte von Kunden jetzt in die Abmahnfalle tappen.

Hustling Dead End Products - UPDATE - finally a new relase
Update - After two years the company did release an update. They consider it a "new" product more than an upgrade to version 4. It still doesn't address the issues from version 3. No reasonable "upgrade" pricing offered.
It is pretty obvious that the products is really only suited to customers that use their Website X5 Web development software.
FROM 2 YEARS AGO - After being contacted several times by the company they still will/can not answer the simple question; Is there any development being done on this product and will there be a new version? - Finally an answer, not there is no play for an update. But they will review that in a year. DEAD PRODUCT.
The company has a pretty aggressive promotion of its Webanimator product line. I purchased the product and there are major flaws. Was told on the forum in August a year ago a new version with the fix was coming. This is an end-of-life product line and the company should at least be honest about that in their marketing. Hey, buy our stuff but it is a dead-end with flaws that we never intend to fix.

MANCA ASSISTENZA IMMEDIATA TELEFONICA O ONLINE
Ho dato 4 stelle solo perchè in effetti a volersi accontentare permette anche a chi non conosce nulla di programmazione html di creare un sito e indicizzarlo al meglio.... ma onestamente ha un sacco di pecche errori malfunzionamenti che vengono sistemati e corretti nei tantissimi aggiornamenti che sottopongono ma che spesso vanno a rattoppare problematiche ancora piu' complesse
IL PIU' GRANDE PROBLEMA E' LA'SSISTENZA non è possibile parlare verbalmente con nessuno .. è permesso solo aprire TOPIC ..si deve aspettare 24/48 ore per avere una risposta che la maggior parte delle volte con contempla una soluzione reale ma solo giustificazioni.... propongono a pagamento vari oggetti opzionali che il piu' delle volte non funzionano bene
e anche quando alla fine pensi di aver trovato una soluzione a tutto.... ripubblichi il sito e non è piu' come era prima (mancano pagine layout cambiato ecc)
SE PROVVEDESSERO A DARE UN'ASSISTENZA TELEFONICA O IN CHAT IMMEDIATA si potrebbe soprassedere alle problematiche sopra esposte perchè sarebbero risolvibili o quantomeno si potrebbero raggirare velocemente ... e la comprensione sarebbe di molto facilitata.

Recent gebruik ik de software Website X5 Professional 14 van Incomedia. Het pakket werkt ook in het Nederlands en is verrassend goed. Ideaal voor bedrijven en particulieren. Het is heel gebruiksvriendelijk en logisch. De templates zijn verzorgd en overtuigend en de aanpassingsmogelijkheden groot. Het pakket bevat veel mogelijkheden inzake presentatie, e-commerce, inloggen, formulieren, databases en ondersteund ook heel sterk mobielfriendly en SEO. Misschien en klein minpuntje: de handleiding is momenteel nog niet in het nederlands in tegenstelling tot bij vorige versies.
