Extremely disappointed with Impress Blinds. I chose the wooden blinds and I was quoted a price of £1200 which was not cheap. A picture of the blinds I ordered was taken and I paid the deposit which was 30% of the order as requested. On the day of fitting, completely different blinds were brought to the property which none of us could recognise. We even went so far to question whether they have got the correct order? Despite complaining and showing the fitter the wrong blinds were provided by Ideal Blinds, he was rude and aggressive where they refused to provide a refund on the deposit. I said the blinds provided are wrong and completely different to what we ordered by even showing the example, but the fitter was having none of it. I would use a reputable company like Hillary's, least you know what your paying for and it is quality. These blinds were cheap, tatty and wouldn't even last long. Just be careful when you place your order as they will refuse to release your deposit even though they are running some sort of scam by showing different at the time of order and installing completely different.

Great communication with impress blinds the experience overall was brilliant. I had my blinds fitted today and I am very happy with them. I’ll be back in touch soon to have my living room done too. Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had my Windows measured a week ago by a nice n polite gentleman.ismail came today to fit vertical blinds in 3 windows absolutely brilliant from start to finish n only took him half hour.cant fault him nice n polite n tidy would recommend impress blinds to everybody.

Impress blinds havnt impressed me measure up guy was friendly n polite as was the fitter untill he left a mess also he must of cut his finger and left blood all over my blinds that cost £400 I managed to wipe the blood off but still slightly marked I have contacted the company several times and they have only replied twice saying for me to get new blinds they need to take old ones away first this is not possible I cannot be left without blinds in a downstairs room where someone sleeps clearly their not gunna replace they are gunna clean and give me back same blinds bit ideal after paying £400.....
The blinds are day n night blinds which are very cheap quality different from fabric sample and now not pulling up n down correctly and one has started to fray after less than a month of installation I won't be using the company for the rest of my home like I was going to and my mum was also going to but due to poor customer service and communication they have lost my future business wudnt reccomend once these guys have your cash they have no intetest

Fab service beginning to end. Hafeez great agent and very efficient, measured and fitted the blinds for my whole house in minutes! They look great and some great deals on at present, would highly recommend 10/10!

From the measuring to the fitting a week later it was top class service and wdnt hesitate to recommend to friends and family

Blinds are very good but more expensive than adverts say with no explanation. We still went ahead but not fair to advertise at price they say

Met a lovely man who came round to measure, couldn't be any nicer.
I then asked to be close to first job of the day on the day of the fitting, initially told between 10am and 2pm, for personal reasons, it was my birthday, have an 18 month old that needs to nap, feed etc etc. To get a phone call. At 1.15pm, when I had to go out to feed my child (brand new house being decorated again nothing in) who told me they would be there in 20 mins, I asked him half an hour, he then said I can come between 3 and 4, I asked for a phone call 20mins before. I rang him at 4.15, he told me an hour. Not impressed with the service at all, and then the fitter came and we all had to go outside due to the personal hygiene issues. Rang and asked for a manager, none available and will ring me the sameday. Surprise no phone call. I honestly wouldn't bother unless you are will to wait in for someone with hygiene issues.
