From contacting to measuring Ali was quick and professional. Umair come to fit today he was very professional polite from start to finish 5* thanks and the price was unbeatable.

Quoting and fitting was quick until we started to experience some quality issues from April/May 2026 with the blinds we had fitted Dec 2025, where the whole lot have become extremely bowed, was told at one point that is was from the sun...but are blinds not made for windows? Response times were slow, agreed visit times were moved out from agreed times. Remedial visits happened twice where we were told the blinds were remade, but the blinds look exactly as they were. We have requested a refund and return of the blinds and was promised a phonecall from a manager and we are still waiting from 11th August. We now have to wait until Monday before the Manager can contact us as the staff don't know of the Managers whereabouts. Extremely frustrated and getting no where. This is our personal experience and not a good one at that. Hoping this can be resolved soon.

Had my whole house done in faux wooden blinds. I'm so happy with the work done they look amazing. It was Umiar that fitted them he was an absolute gentleman very professional and very polite. I would definitely recommend 👌

I ordered four Venetian blinds, paid deposit but asked that on the date agreed installation was after 2pm due to work commitments.
On 25/08/26 fitter arrived mid morning, luckily my plans had changed and I was home.
After installing blinds I complained that they all sagged in the middle ( no support) the bottom of all blinds had excess string hanging and looked unsightly as well as a danger to little fingers!
The fitter let me speak to the owner, he couldn’t understand the issue and wanted to come by later in the afternoon, I said I was working till 5.30. He said to tell my husband the issue and he would try to fix it. I insisted that I wanted to see him in person as I was the customer and could we agree another time. His reply was the fitter would remove the blinds and that he wasn’t available until the following week.
He raised his voice and constantly spoke over me, told me I was being awkward and that he wanted to deal with my husband!
I asked for a refund and told the fitter to remove the blinds.
Currently no blinds and awaiting a visit from a reputable company and I’ll be happy to pay extra for the service! AVOID THIS COMPANY !
Edit 11/9/26 company still not refunded £150 deposit, escalating for bank to step in!

Had kitchen blinds fitted and there appeared a discrepancy in our order we paid for blinds with a tape cord but unfortunately they supplied blinds with a string cord which were less expensive we contacted the company on several occasions for them to reimburse the balance we kept getting fobed off with petty excuses ie it's the office fault and your money is coming This company is a joke with awful customer service i would suggest if anyone uses them they should go over everything with as fine tooth combe before any balance is paid even better employ someone who is reliable and has better customer service YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I had my blinds installed today within a week of the first visit. Very good blinds and both gentlemen who came was polite. Will definitely recommend. Thanks again.

Awful company. Do not use. They gave me a time slot between 12 - 4 which I said I would ensure to be in for. They then text at 11am to say they're coming. I explain my time slot was not for another hour and that I was not home. Extremely bad customer service as they shouted, told me to 'chill out'. They said I had been told it was a rough time slot, however the text message I received the day before did not say anything about that and clearly stated it would be between 12 and 4. Guy who's number is 07746 818001 - never had someone so rude and agreesive on the phone to me. When they did arrive - blinds were fine, took 10 mins to put up, but both employees were not nice - didn't bother saying hi as they came, very unprofessional. Also refused to take the rubbish/blinds box with them. Overall awful experience

Poor service. Arranged an appointment for a quote. I took the afternoon off work and they didn’t turn up. I messaged them and all they said was I got the date wrong even though it was on the WhatsApp message. Poor service and communication

From the outset, the staff were friendly and helpful. We agreed an installation date within two weeks and I paid a deposit. However, a week later I was contacted and asked to reschedule, as installation could only take place at least three weeks later. I had no choice but to wait.

I also requested an afternoon appointment, but the installer arrived at 10am while I was not at home. Unfortunately, he was unwilling to return later the same day, which caused yet another week’s delay.

Eventually, the blinds were installed. I paid in full by cash as requested, but when I later asked for an invoice, I was completely ignored, which I found unprofessional.

In terms of quality, there is still a small amount of light leakage around the edges, although it is much better than our previous blinds, so I was willing to overlook that. However, within two weeks, the inexpensive paper blinds started slipping out of the brackets.

Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the repeated delays, lack of communication, and poor after-sales service.

I now believe this company to be scam
After having 2 issues with them first been incorrect measurements and been told what I was having no sample book or choice given both time ali
After contacting. And stating my unhappiness there come out and remeaseured deposit paid has requested agreed date 30th May
Contacted over the last two days by phone text email and there refuse to reply
I find them very rude and none customer service I am a first time customer with them and totally unacceptable
Attitude approach from them this isn't over and matters will be taken further I advise people to stay well clear of this company

I booked an appointment 4 weeks ago. Didn't come. I messaged them on Facebook, had an appointment today 11th May. No one came. I've rang this company 3 times. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

The guy that came to measure up ( Jaz) was helpful gave us a price there and then paid a deposit.
I wanted an extra blind phoned head office who gave me the telephone number of the area manager. Well he was short and unhelpful didnt turn up on the day they were supposed to fit the blinds...
Rang the manager who attitude was awful don't fit on that day was his reply we will be there Monday asked again about the extra blind. He really couldn't be bothered customer service is awful.
The Monday Jaz came to fit the blinds plus the extra blind bent over backwards to help and was polite and helpful.
Blinds nice prices good quality. The problem is management need to address customer services.

Would highly recommend impress blinds.
We had 9 windows, from measuring and being quoted on Sunday 22nd March, they were fitted Saturday 28th March.
We picked the white wood grain effect.
Only thing I can say is we are really IMPRESSED 😁. Thank you.

My daughter and granddaughter had blinds from your company. They were fabulous,. Very impressed.

I’ve used impress blinds on 3 occasions now and never had a problem had them fit my father in-laws as well I would highly recommend them on quality and price.I will be using them again when ever I need any blinds also the workers are great and friendly can’t fault.

Something feels rather alarming or fishy shall I say. Had one of their team members come out to quote us up, a young man called Hass with coloured eyes. On doing so once he gave us a quote he then said he himself could do it cheaper and quicker. Said he would come out and fit them himself despite him being just a measurer for said company but told me not to mention it to them. Anyway, i agreed to save the extra pence and on the fitting day, when I asked for a receipt he gave me one with a different business name on it. A company called ‘aleems beautiful blinds’ or ‘Alahams beautiful blinds’. Which I found very strange.

Then he measured my friends property on a different occasion. He took a bank transfer deposit thing from her but then lead to take another £60 in cash to fit them sooner as she needed them urgently. But he told her not to mention it to the fitters or the company. I think he pocketed the cash for himself. Seems like he is swindling the company and I can’t trust him so I shall not be going back to these guys because something doesn’t quiet add up.

Measuring, ordering and fitting were all straight forward, was quite ok with our purchase until we noticed that the vertical slats in the front window were different lengths! I sent them a message and was told to send a photo which I did! I was then asked to check that all blinds were sitting in the holders correctly, they were! My husband measured each blind and they were all slightly different in length! I was told they would send some replacements, but guess what, they were lost in the post!!! No proof of posting was ever sent! Then Maz, not sure who he is but maybe the owner said someone would come and look at the blinds and replace.....guess what! The day the person was coming he had to take his son go the hospital and someone would come on the Thursday or Friday!! Never heard anything again! My husband called and asked to speak to the manager to be told someone would ring back, oh yes you guessed it, no one ever called!! Happy to take your money but no follow up care, would never recommend this company to anyone, they are cowboys!!! Please avoid!!
