The fitter came to my house when I had tried to warn them about the snow and ice as I live in a village over 11600 feet he got stuck out side we dug his car out and then parked it up around the corner we then carried stuff to my house where he fitted all my blinds tidying up after him self and a great job and person

The guy that came to measure up was efficient and took his shoes off - important on cream carpet.
A week later his colleague came to fit blind (really impressed with only one week wait). He was super quick and a clean worker. No mess left for me to clear up. Also, most importantly the blind was a really impressive price but we already knew it would be as we had vertical blinds fitted with them a year ago and decided to have one last window done with a roller blind.

Amazing quality perfect fit shutter blinds. Well priced highly recommend them compared to other companies, saved over £500. Will definitely be using them again in the future

POOR SERVICE, lack of attention to detail. Left me with broken blinds, haven’t been correct from the offset but were quick to be paid in full! Women in the office is passive and doesn’t care. Refused to let me speak to the manager. We have referred this to trading standards!

The measuring, fitting & install were great. The after service, as there is a problem with one of the blinds, is dreadful. I called the office and was told to send the pictures through. Nothing heard since.
