Very nice bioethanol fire basket. It blends in well to our fireplace and looks as though it was always there. I got 5 hours of fire from 1l on the Anya with it fully opened which felt like a good amou... Zobacz więcej

Thought a long time about buying a bio fuel burner and was worried it wouldn’t be as good as the pictures look. Took the plunge and bought the Bredon- it is AMAZING!! Real flames, toasty vibes, even s... Zobacz więcej
Very good quality build. Solid cast iron makes the fire very stable. Easy to fill but not too easy to see the fluid level when you're pouring in the biofuel. Gives a lovely background heat rather than... Zobacz więcej

Quick response but issues
On the upside, fire was as described and arrived in the timeframe advised.
The logs, which were an extra cost , arrived but half of them were smashed up. When we complained we were told that we would receive replacement logs. We still await delivery of these.
Stove was delivered , but also in a crushed up box When we opened there was a chip in the top edge of the fire, this was a sharp edge Via email we were told to send back in original packaging … but this was basically in shreds so not possible, or offered a £100 refund. It was too much hard work so we accepted the discount and brought something to sand down the sharp edge and painted over the filed edge.
After all this …. We like the fire It gives off a nice amount of extra warmth to supplement the heating Just need the replacement logs to arrive. !!!

Apologies for the problems you had with your order it is not our usually standards. You are on the back order for the ceramic logs as a priority when the new stock arrives in February.
Delivery on time, good quality
Delivery on time, surprised how heavy the log burner was, good quality. Much less hassle and mess than a real log burner so suits me. Can take it with me when I move too.

Item was easy to order and sent out promptly. I purchased the scented biofuel and don’t like the smell of the fuel and have noticed it has removed some of the black coating inside my fire as well.
