Varerne svarer delvist ikke til forventningerne.

Købte 3 stk. replika af designlamper.
1 stk. lampe var uden fejl, og svarede til illustrationen på hjemmesiden.
1 stk. lampe var med ridser, men svarede til illustrationen på hjemmesiden.
1 stk. lampe svarede ikke til illustrationen på hjemmesiden og var af skuffende kvalitet. Den sidstnævnte er nu erstattet af en tilsvarende lampe, som er af en helt anden suveræn kvalitet, men købt hos en "konkurrent".
Billige priser, men jeg har vist været den uheldige.

So far terrible!!!

To whom it may concern,

Two issues were reported with this order with case number 22833.
The issues were raised on the 6th of November 2013 and so far I haven't received any solutions for either. I was asked several questions to which I have replied in detail and I'm still waiting an answer from you. The only answer I had was on thursday last week when I was told that you were still looking into this.
In regards to one of the issues which happens to be that a part of my furniture arrived broken, I have asked for it to be taken away from my home and being reimbursed as I'm not willing to wait any longer. This issue is not difficult to fix but then again not even an answer.
The other issue is in relation to the communal carpet of my building marked by careless delivery men (I reported their behaviour in detail in my issue).

Bottom line: I'm left with an item that I cannot use, a broken carpet and wasted money.

I have today sent 3 chasers to emails which were not even answered to. I assume that my emails are getting ignored.
I'm trying this option to see if someone will have the courtesy to respond to my emails.

Försenat o skitkvalite!

Stod att lampan fanns i lager, det tog 5v innan vi gick den. Kvalitén är kass, sladdar som inte räcker ut till lamphållaren o skador på kabeln som gör lampan direkt livsfarlig, 3000.- i sjön!!!

Riktigt dåligt och oorganiserat företag !

Har beställt en lampa som jag tog på faktura just för att jag vill syna varan innan jag betalar för den, IKON M har skickat ut 3 st fakturor men jag har inte fått min vara efter 4 månader. Kontaktade IKON M efter första fakturan och frågade vad som stod på då jag fått faktura men ingen vara, fick till svars att som strök fakturan och skulle skicka ut en ny faktura då lampan "egentligen" skickades. Detta resulterade i att fakturan gick till inkasso utan min vetskap, fick kontakta inkasso förklara så att dom satte fakturan i "paus" tills jag fått min vara. IKON M strök altså inte fakturan utan den gick vidare till inkasso. Har varit inne och kollat status på min vara på IKON Ms hemsida och där har det stått att varan har blivit "skickad" i snart 2 månader. Litar inte ett dugg på vad som utlovas från detta företag, jag undrar dock hur min lampa kommer att se ut när den väl kommer. Slutar väl med att man fått spendera en arbets vecka på att trycka på och reklamera via telefon och mail till IKON M, blir en väldigt dyr lampa i slutändan.

Det vår tråkigt att läsa om din erfarenhet. Jag förstår att det är stressande att få en faktura i förskott och vi ber om ursäkt för det. Fakturan aktiverades förr automatiskt när vi gjorde en utleverans i våra system. Det har hänt i enstaka fall att lagersaldot har varit fel och då kunde det förut bli så här tyvärr. Vi har ändrat det nu så att fakturan numera aktiveras en vecka efter leverans så att detta inte skall kunna hända. Det som måste hänt är sedan den inte avaktiverades på rätt sätt så att du fick påminnelser och därför upplevde det som att du fick fakturan 3 gånger. Vänligen mailar ditt ordernummer till info@ikonm.com så skall jag titta på vad som har hänt. Du kan givetvis avbeställa lampan också om du inte känner något förtroende för oss längre. Men vi hoppas givetvis att du ger oss chansen att leverera en riktigt fin produkt.

Ikon M is a very different and amazing company. Okay, I am normally an avid John Lewis customer but nothing prepared me for the quality, beauty and service that I have received from Ikon M. I will be ordering from them in the future as I am an interior designer. This is a company that is going places and they have all my support. Beautiful products and packaged far better than anything I have ever known. Excellent customer service too. A+++

Super Snygga möbler

Snabb och Bra service på chatten! Lång leverans tid sist jag beställde, och fick ej svar när jag mailade, om ett trasigt golvskydd på en Eames stol. Men annars jättefina och billiga designer möbler mm!

Nice products but needs improvement in customer service.

Have nothing bad to say about the products.
The customer service is a bit slow in my opinion.
The order confirmation on "my page" need improvement to be more customer friendly. Some prices are with vat and other are not but it's not specified so it's hard to get a good view over it all.
The information about when the products should be sent is not correct. I ordered a clock which should be sent with in 1-2 weeks, that was 6 weeks ago.
Found out that it had been sent by checking "my page", unfortunately you cant see when it was sent nor is there any tracking id so that you can follow the shipment.
I miss the information mail which says that a product has been sent.
They claim to have the lowest price, cant agree. Since others offers free shipping.

Regarding the price we always strive to have the most competitive price and we follow our competitors when they have campaigns. However sometimes it takes a couple of days for us to change. But we always have our lowest price guarantee.

Avoid this shop - it is a mouse trap business !

Ordered 2 AJ floor lamps and the delivery time stated in their web shop said 2-3 weeks delivery. After 3 weeks with no info at all and no delivery I asked for my lamps. Suddenly the delivery time was 18 weeks !!!

Ask the to cancel my order and return my money. They refused because they now have changed my order from an "on stock order" to "special order" an referring to their T&C you only have 2 days to cancel special orders. But I have not changed anything, they did change my order. I then told them that I would then return the lamps after delivery and claim for refund, but again they refereed to their T&C saying no refund on special orders. Again, my order was a stock order and nothing special.

Contacted my credit card provider and claimed fraud and suddenly I got my refund....

I buy a lot on the internet, but this shop is the worst experience ever!

I just read the review and I was quite shocked. I am looking into this to understand what and where it has gone wrong so that we can learn from it and make sure it doesn't happened again. I see that the delivery time was 2-3 weeks when you ordered (like you said). The lamps were on their way in to our warehouse but when the shipment to us arrived then there were lamps missing in it from the factory. I can see in the emails that we when we received the shipment informed you that they would be 4 weeks late (not 18 weeks so there is a misunderstanding there). But 4 weeks is no fun, I can completely understand that and you are of course allowed to cancel your order. Something has gone wrong from our side if we have said that you were not allowed to cancel because that is not how it should be.

I can't find anything in the emails about the cancellation so I am going to send you an email to see if you can provide me some more info.

Never ever again!

I placed an order for around 8 lamps with IKONM early July and so far i have still not received half the goods. The first shipment received of 2 lamps had dents on the lamps and marks of rust. After having a long email correspondence IKONM finally accepted to pick up the damaged goods and refund my Money. The Financial refund however took very long and it was only after several reminders from my side that the Money finally was refunded. I then received the second shipment two weeks ago of 2 additional lamps (end September) and once again then one of the lamps had dents on it and i want to have it returned. In addition then i have been informed that the 4 pending lamps I ordered early July this year can not be shipped to me until end December, wherefore i have asked to have these 4 lamps cancelled since we simply cant wait that long when the order was placed in July. So far i have sent 4 reminders to the customer service email and still have not received any reply about neither the return of the dented lamps i have once Again received in September or the 4 lamps I want to cancel since 5 months delivery is not acceptable! The service is simply non-existing and I find it appalling that I paid for goods in July, which I have still not received and the goods I indeed have received have had dents on 50% of them. I am super happy with one of the lamps I received, but not replying to your customers despite numerous reminders, not accepting to return goods when they are not in the condition required is simply not ok. Today I will send the 5th reminder to their service customer service and I sincerely hope we will get a reply soon! But i can say for sure that I will NEVER place orders with IKONM Again and I would strongly recommend the company to review their customer service functions!
