The Hauser concert was cancelled, and for 5 years I didn't see the money, passing the fault to organizer, organizer can't be reached, and so on. Very dissapointed ... you should not use them.

Disappointed that vouchers they issue are only valid for a particular event and if you miss it you lose your money. Unsatisfactory. Will never buy tickets from them again.

They started selling tickets for Metallica’s M72 Tour 2026, but it was a mess. Prices for the cheaper categories kept changing, they added a second random fee, and they listed lower category tickets as premium. Shame on them!

This site (iabilet.ro) took our money but never delivered a ticket. During m72 pre-sale iabilet.ro servers crushed leaving lots of people without tickets. During actual sale site reported category 5 being premium..

Foarte dubios modul în care au fost puse în vânzare şi felul în care au dispărut pur şi simplu biletele pentru concertul Metallica M72 World Tour ... din 2026 ....
-Am avut pre-sale pentru data 28.05.2025 , dar BAAM !!!... "Thank you for the incredible response to the Metallica concert! At this moment there are no more tickets available. ... bla-bla...bla-bla...bla-bla"
- Bișnițari care intermediază achiziția biletelor (???) ... Zic şi eu, din moment ce există şi "dăbilet.ro", "SINGURA METODA SIGURA DE A REVINDE BILETE", așa cum apare scris, mare, pe prima pagină a acestui site, "opozantul" lui iabilet.ro !!

N-am reușit să achizitionez bilete la Metallica cum n-am reușit nici la Coldplay.
În permanență am avut în jur 30K cumpărători înaintea mea și când mi-a venit rândul, într-un minut m-au dat afară de pe site.

iabilet + emagic = the worst experience. They started selling ticket for Metallica M72 tour 2026. But the prices for the cheaper categories changed actively and besides the processing fee, they introduced a second fee. Good luck with that, i'm buying tickets for a concert outside of Romania.

Zero customer support, no way to contact them in case of a problem, VERY big fees on tickets, a site that stops working on big events etc. Such a disgrace! Can’t wait for Ticketmaster to come to Romania and shut you down!

Este o bataie de joc acest site. Nu merge, se reseteaza, nu ai contact functional etc

The worst experience ever. Tried to buy Metallica tickets and the site was down. When it came back I had to wait over one hour.

Am luat bilele la un concert cu alegerea locurilor pe primul rand, central. Cu doua zile inainte de eveniment a fost schimbata locatia de catre organizator, iar cei de la iabilet au alocat cum au vrut noile locuri pe scaun dandu-mi la sfarsitul randului, cand eu initial am ales locuri centrale. I-am contactat si au spus ca nu au ce sa faca, ca eu pot doar alege alte locuri din cele disponibile, acestea fiind de la randul 4 spre spate. Dezamagitor! In viitor nu voi mai cumpara bilete de la ei.

I payed for a ticket and i did not received it !!! The phone number is useless because it’s only a robot answering. You can send them by email but they do not respond!

Am avut parte de o experiență ideală cu cei de la iabilet! Am cumpărat pt tatăl meu un bilet la handbal și nu am fost atentă ca platforma mi a selectat automat un loc mult mai în spate, dar au fost foarte drăguți și mi au modificat locul fără costuri suplimentare! Recomand cu mare drag!🥰

the event was canceled and that means i got back 720 from 832 RON. an incredible scam, i will avoid and not recommend them

bad experience, i bought two tickets, i have clicked something about giving my money back because i saw overthere covid, (and as i had some flu which is similar virus as covid) they have have cancelled my tickets and they have asked for documents for refund which i don t have because it was a flu, my documents would be the receipt for Vitamin C 1000 MG.

i have found 1h before the event that my tickets have been cancelled (i was checking them just to make sure like take screenshot), i had no idea that they have been cancelled and by whom.

Atat timp cat se asociaza cu cei de la Eurolife FFH Asigurari, sunt niște scammeri la fel ca și ei.

They say on their website that tickets, where they have exclusivity, cannot be guaranteed if purchased elsewhere. Also, ticket reselling is not allowed at a higher price than the original. However, they allow pests such as Viagogo bots to buy all the tickets and resell them for 5-10x the price. This is absurd and should be illegal to do it.

Bought 2 tickets in march for a show in may. After a few days I asked if the show will be the same as the one from february and they said that I should contact the organizer. Ok. A bit odd to tell your clients to contact the person that organized the show. A few days back I found out that the show will be the same and requested a refund but they only want to give me half the amount I paid due to their refund policy. There is no working phone number so you can only contact them via email where there is a slow reply. Never using this website again.

Broken refund policy, scammy terms and conditions.
The insurance service they use is a scam. They canceled the tickets and the insurance service that i paid for doesn't refund the tickets value.

Update:
I'm trying to get my money back from them and they are changing their policies from hour to hour. They also mailed me summoning some terms I couldn't find at the moment of the refund request on their terms&conditions page.
I still haven't received any money back yet, but the National Authority for the Consumer Protection (in Romania) issued them a fine for scammy practices over the consumers. They are now in a trial with the NACP.
