This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had.

I gave this company multiple chances, and every single order had an issue. The first two arrived with defects, and the latest order was beyond unacceptable — I received two completely different shoes in one box (one Nike Dunk and one Nike Air Force). This is not a small mistake, it’s a complete failure of basic quality control.

After more than a month of dealing with repeated problems, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident but a pattern. The level of professionalism and attention to orders is extremely poor.

Customers should not have to deal with this kind of experience.

I strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering here.

I ordered 2 pairs of toddler sneakers online for my son. They came quickly and were boxed nicely but I noticed one of the pairs was a display pair. Unfortunately, the pair that was the display pair were very difficult to get on my sons feet and the material of the shoe was not bendable at all (very stiff) and I decided to return them to the store for a refund. When I got to the cash to start my return the woman at the cash was inspecting the shoe and noticed some marks and a crease. I told her that I just received the shoes the night prior in the mail at 4:35pm and yes my son tried them on at home on our hardwood floor indoors but that the shoes were only on his feet for a try on. I also mentioned that these seem to be a display pair since they had a display tag attached and that is likely where the marks came from. She did acknowledge and agree that they were a display pair. She then proceeded to say she needed to get a manager. Keep in mind I had just received these shoes at my home less than 24 hours ago and am already in store doing a return so there is no way he would have wore the shoes already and the display tag was still on! I get some people try and return worn shoes but that is not what was happening here. I quickly pulled up my proof of delivery from the night before and then all of a sudden everything was fine, no manager came and I received my refund. I am not sure I will be ordering from JD Sports online in the future as I do not want to have to deal with another situation like this again. Buyer beware!!!

They have a variety of products with good prices. The downside is that they don't offer promotional discounts like birthdays promo codes.

AND WHEN I MESSAGE THE COMPANY THEY REPLY THAT I HAVE A FULL REFUND BECAUSE IT COMPANIES ERROR AND AFTER I RETURN THE ORDER IN STORE RETURN , AND THE SHIPPING FEE IS DEDUCTED FOR THE RETURN AND WHEN I ASK FOR FULL REFUND THE MESSAGE IS DIFFERENT MESSAGE THAN THE 1ST ONE THAT I NEED TO PAY THE SHIPPING . HELLO JDSPORTS . YOUR COMPANIES ERROR IS YOUR ERROR NOT MINE , WHY DO YOU WANT THE CUSTOMER TO SHOULDER YOUR OWN ERROR. IF MY ERROR I WILL ACCEPT THE SHIPPING PAYMENT BECAUSE OF MY STUPIDITY BUT IN THIS CASE IS NOT MY ERROR ITS JDSPORTS ERROR , WHY DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING.. I ordered two things on Sunday night, one showed up on Thursday morning and the other on Friday morning. Very quick standard shipping. The shipment tracking link worked well and there were nice communication emails telling me when my items has been shipped, when they were being delivered, and when they had been delivered. Overall great experience.

Fast, reliable service delivering exactly what I ordered

This is my second time receiving a pair of returned shoes from others, with significant signs of wear and tear, plus a hint of deodorant. I understand returned items needed to be resold, but please do a quality check before doing so.

I ordred adidas pants and hoodie, purchase over 100$. It was for a gift, so when after 4 days i did not get confirmation of my order I contacted them. They answered back by saying " Hey" which in my opinion is highly unprofessional. They canceled my order and refunded me without advising me. This was due to a technical issue and the merchandise was not available anymore. No compensation and I still have to now find another gift. Not impressed by this business.

They are selling products that are not authentic. I purchased a nike tech track suit for my son for his birthday, after a few wears the zipper came off. I tried to have my item repaired or exchanged but with no help from Jds. The manufacture date was missing (no tag). Tried to get help from Jds but absolutely no help was offered other than their 3 month period warranty expired. Nike is unable to process a claim without this info and jds refused to help me. Very dissatisfied. Poor customer service
