Order delivered on time, used it with reasonable results, as the moss was quite intense, so quite acceptable

I purchased the Pro-Kleen Ultimate Black Spot Destroyer, Lichen Remover & Patio Cleaner to try and clean our sandstone patio. Power washing wasn't making a bit of difference.

This stuff was amazing! Literally melted off all the grime after leaving for a few hours. Power wash off the residue and the patio looks as good as new. Highly recommended!

Word of warning - this is strong stuff. Make sure you have full PPE, including face as it's quite a strong smell. It will kill grass/plants if you wash it off onto other organic materials , so bear that in mind if you are rinsing off onto your lawn etc.

Wow, What a wonderful company to deal with. I purchased an electric blanket for a friend one year ago although he only started to use it during these last few months. It stopped heating up and I asked HSD if this blanket was under guarantee. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement within 24 hours. They asked me to dispose of the faulty blanket and I was most humbled with their trust in me . FANTASTIC COMPANY AND FANTASTIC SERVICE. ( Couldn't ask for better). Will most definitely be doing more business with them.

Product (Iron Sulphate) arrived in damaged packaging which was also wet from product which had been leaking from one of the three 5lt containers.
On inspection I found that only approx 100ml had been lost from the leaking container, so accepted the delivery.
The point I wish to make is that the packaging, a simple unreinforced cardboard carton offered no protection to the contents and the many crushed areas visible on the carton were evidence of mishandling.
Two suggestions, improve protection to the contents and consider changing courier. From past previous experience, DHL are not the best for careful handling of consignments.

The item I ordered cost the same as on Amazon and arrived the day after I ordered it. HSD is a British company so is a good alternative to lining Bezos' pocket when you need something quickly at a reasonable price.
