Having visited 5 Canterbury businesses looking for a specific Hose, and been greeted with don’t knowsat all of them, I was fortunate to find Adisham Hydraquip.
Several members of staff responded. These are guys who can do and will do

Hydraquip contacted us direct and arranged for another engineer to attend site to re-do the hoses. I'm glad to say that the issues were rectified and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We appreciate them reaching out to us and the way they acknowledged the original job was unsatisfactory and moved to address it. Would consider using again in the future,

Original 14/05/2025 – 1 Star Poor Job.
We called Hydraquip Hose & Hydraulics (Inverness) out to repair our Toyota Forklift and the technician did a poor job. Hoses were too long, unequal lengths and not the correct tension for the mast (jumping out of guides). Tensioners were not slackened prior to new hose fitment so no additional tensions could be introduced to the system. Two hoses were crossed and had to be re-run by ourselves. Technician signed job off himself as no-one was present at the job conclusion. Cost of labour and materials is very expensive, and we did a cost comparison after the job to see a markup margin of +30% to 50% on materials. Technician said he'd only worked for them since December 2024 and normally was on construction vehicles (diggers) rather than forklifts. He complained about working for them in the Inverness area and said he was going to quit. Another member of his team arrived on site, no announcement and without any sign in/introduction to us. Assume this was for a discussion on said threat of quitting. Left site with no explanation. In summary: Expensive, poor work ethic, unprofessional and sub-standard quality. Avoid in the North of Scotland and stick with known local companies.

Called hydraquip about getting a drive motor fixed, was talking to Patrick he could certainly talk the talk so I dropped the motor down, and told me should be ready in few days , 3 wks later after not returning my calls or messages eventually got him on the phone, his attitude was terrible nothing had been done to the motor and this was a waist of my time and cost on driving up and down , I would no recommend this company Total waist of time .

Outstanding service today 27/9/2024, 5 hydraulic hoses replaced on my Scaina Roro truck super fast and efficient ,great pair of lads highly recommended no job to much trouble

I had excellent service here in South Wales from Dave Meek, and in his absence, Lee Park who went out of his way to find and deliver a component for me. All kudos to Hydraquip.

Needed a hydraulic Quick connection sorting out for a metal ram metal punch.Was told by an employee of Eurocarparts Abergele to try hydraquip of Llandudno junction.Had phoned numerous hydraulic fittings stockist with pictures of adapters and measurements of threads but no one was sure of what was needed.I was passing threw so stopped at Hydraquip the person behind the desk who,s name i found out later was Elfyn asked me to bring the whole unit in.It was a saturday he said i am here so for another few hours so i returned back home and brought the whole hydaulic punch with me.Straight away he knew it was a mix of chinese + american fittings and german hydraulic hose.He sorted it out in no time at all this guy knows his stuff.I don,t usually write a review but i thought this deserved it.Many thanks Elfyn Hydraquip of Llandudno Junction.

saw a hydraquip van speeding down the road and a man jumped out chasing kids, this will sound very bizarre i know, but its true, he was screaming at the kids, letteral threats, these kids are not much older than maybe 13 ish and he is a grown man. saw this incident in bucksburn, recommend going else where.

called them on 7th to arrange pick up of a ram for repair said they would get it sorted out called them again on the 15th to be told by the same guy he would find out from another branch why and could he call me back in 10 mins to let me know sure you can guess never called back will let someone else do the job now IT WAS YOUR CRAWLEY BRANCH UNDER THE NAME OF KING & SONS

Pitiful service from Hydraquip.

Required £100 deposit up front only to be told when the mechanic came out that he could not do any work on our forklift!

Waste of time and waste of money!

Superb, fast and friendly service.

Poor service today! Called them at 8:50am to report a hose needed to be replaced on a truck roadside. Over 3 hours later and the driver still hasn't seen an engineer! If we had known, we could have arranged for another company to have sorted it out.
Not impressed and will use Pirtek in future.

Called them up at 3.15pm and they advised 'it would be an after hours call out' That's £150.00 extra, plus double time.
This isn't the first time we have experienced this type of response from Hydraquip.
Pirtek on the other hand were happy to send one of their technicians out at normal rates.
