Just want every one to know that HWA has the best customer service they took care of my situation fast.

Tech came in twice once to diagnose the problem and once to replace the faulty sensor. Was quick in dismantling and putting it back so quick.

Have had HWA for over 6 years. They are only going to give me a 280 dollar Lowe’s gift card instead of fixing my dishwasher. They said it will cost too much to fix it so I can just replace it. The cheapest dishwasher at Lowe’s right now is 425 and that doesn’t even include installation. I am paying 125 dollars a month for my home warranty. I will be canceling my policy as soon as this issue with my dishwasher is resolved. You’re better off just setting aside your money then giving it to HWA.

This company is a total nightmare when it comes to reaching customers service resolutions. They sent me my neighbors personal information back in March. I would call and get put on hold for 30 minutes just to be hung up on. Reached Resolution department after days of trying, no resolution. I am now having to reach them again, same story. I can not understand why even if you ask for a Supervisor all you get is transferred and hung up on. I even asked for mail options and they could not provide. PLEASE save your time and money.

It was very difficult to get service scheduled. Had to re-schedule several times due to no-show from technicians. The technician that finally did come out and fix the problem said the emails from HWA that we received saying we had an appointment were false. We have to actually call then to get a date and time. HWA never communicated that.

Janill explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Dealing with another home warranty company for a few years and it was a breathe of fresh air knowing that HWA provides 24/7 service to their clients.

Issue was eventually resolved and I really like the technician that came to fix.

I submitted my request on Friday afternoon and a tech was not assigned until Sunday. Once the tech was assigned he scheduled to come out on Wednesday. So I had a total of 5 days with the issue.

To day is my first day and I just signed today for my home Waranty , so I don’t have enough to say on my first day

The service was fast and efficient but I don’t like how only partial items are covered. Garage door is not covered but garage door opener is. Sounds ridiculous. The problems always happen in the the door or springs or chains.

Not timely service. 9 days without AC in July in Central Texas. Both husband and me over age 80 Years old! Dangerous, had to leave home and stay with daughter! Not happy at all.

Repair person was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem the first time.

Michele called. Back on time and answered my questions and offered me a very good deal. I am very happy with the deal. And I look forward to not having to use the service but it offers great peace of mind.

Antonio was very personable and showed he was there to get my air conditioner fixed asap. He did a great job!

I reported this Thursday and fixed by Sunday. The company used knew exactly what my AC needed and was able to fix it right away
