After some wait (3 weeks +), my item (a treadmill) arrived safe and sound.

Terrible. Delivery more than a week late. Customer service team is amazing….they can be rude and obnoxious before you even have a chance to complain or ask about the delivery delay. Never dealt with a company quite like them. First they won’t deliver to an Australia Post shop, even though we made special arrangements for the delivery to arrive there, they won’t deliver to our house because we are 20 km outside their delivery area, then we gave the address to a hardware store that said it was ok to have the parcel sent there but we received communication from Hunter express that changing the address would take another 6 working days. We just want to get our parcel and be done with them forever, but apparently even asking to pick it up ourselves requires 6 working days and they say someone will send an sms notifying us when it was ready for pick up. I think we might be waiting for that communication for a really long time. We think the longer it stays with them the worse condition it will be in when we get it.

My order was meant to be delivered a week and a half ago. Apparently the truck broke down so the order was sent back to the depot and now no one can seem to find the order. Customer service were rude and unhelpful.

Just like everyone else. Terrible service. 1-4 day delivery still hasn't arrived 4 weeks later...I've now been told there is damage to the shipment!

Hopeless they need to look at the management side of things and sack em all because that's where bad service starts if you can't run a company big or small efficiency and productive you shouldn't be running it.....WORST COURIER COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH BY FAR

Customer service is useless. They’ve had my order sitting in the depot for 2 weeks now. Had it out for delivery and taken it back to the depot for the 7th time. Absolutely disgusted.

Worst delivery service ever.
It arrived late and the delivery guys were the most rude people ever. Dumped the package at the front of The apartment block and refused to bring the package up the apartment door it was meant to be delivered too. The package was 51kg and they had a trolley to transport the package on

Absolutely worst delivery company, does not deliver within the estimated delivery period, despite the item arriving into the depot. They try to deliver several days later, but no warning of delivery time and I was not home. Thought I’d agreed a date for delivery, I adjusted my schedule so I could work from home for the day. But no delivery, I followed up with customer service, they said they would look into it, but I heard nothing. They tried to deliver the following day but again with little warning, and I was at work. I requested redelivery but no response. I’ve asked Myer to cancel my order and return the item to the supplier. I’ve had enough.

Trying to chase up a parcel - should have just talked to the brick wall.

I called the Hunter Express 3 times today to request an update for my shipment. I ordered a office desk- expected arrival was 14/05-19/05. I called today- first time they told me it was arriving today and that it had left the warehouse. Second time I called- the lady who spoke to me was very rude, she told me she could not tell me when my package will arrive- she said that the expected arrival was just an estimate and they don't have a truck large enough for my package (its just a desk nothing massive.) When I asked her questions she told me I can send in a complaint then hung up. Third time I called I got a different answer- I was told that the shipment will arrive latest on Friday- one week after the latest expected delivery date. Not reliable- would not recommend.

They just woke you up my entire family at 10 pm on a Sunday night to deliver a rug… the same company that lost 2 packages of mine and let one sit in the warehouse for 5 weeks before delivering
They are the worst!

The customer service is terrible. I called to get information about my order, and the woman answered the phone aggressively from the start and hung up. When I called back, she kept the same rude and disrespectful attitude. When I questioned her about it, she said I was the rude one and that I shouldn’t be disrespectful to a woman, trying to twist the situation. Then she hung up on me again. This is the worst customer service. People like that shouldn’t be working in this job."

I contacted the company as they misdirected my package. It has been with their Dubbo branch for days. I explained that I needed the package urgently and the only response I got was, there is nothing we can do. I than offered to drive to Dubbo and collect the package myself and was then told, I can not do that. There was absolutely no effort to try and assist me.
So, sorry, there is nothing we can do, it will take a couple of days to sort out, was all I was told

Ordered something over 2 weeks ago and it has been sitting in the same warehouse the entire time (which is 30 mins from me). Next to impossible to contact them or get anything helpful. Honestly I would pay more in shipping to avoid these clowns.

Was going to leave a long winded review, but just read all other negative reviews. They pretty much tell the tale of woe if dealing with this company, zero stars from me.

DO NOT USE!! Warning, the bad reviews are legitimate!! Ruined my sons birthday having the item sit in their depot ( in the same town) as i am for 12 days! Had it for over 2 weeks after picking up from where it was purchased it. Unhelpful- buck passing customer service. Endless
emails and text messages saying it was coming and never arrived. Returning back to depot when supposedly 'on board.' Told delivery drivers "don't come out my way everyday" WHY then accept packages from a business if you can't deliver it within a 2 week time frame? 1 box ! Heavy but small and caused so many stories to be told, excuses and buck passing. NIGHTMARE worst i have ever encountered and I buy a lot online. There's no excuse to go in and scan a package daily sitting on your warehouse floor for almost 2 weeks in the same region your customer is in and not give a care how long they've been waiting. Nothing good to report- box was even beat up and almost spilling out.

After waiting for over 8 weeks for my package to be delivered, I was resent another which, as of today had been sitting in their depot for for the last 12 days. Worst delivery company ever!

Do not deal with this company they do not deliver items and have an excuse everyday as to why not

This company were supposed to deliver 3 boxes on 17 March (a fairly simple task you'd think). 2 boxes were delivered, and the van returned to the depot with the other box. Again yesterday we were assured by the people we ordered off that the missing box would arrive, but no, on the tracking it was returned to the depot again. There is no way to contact this company, they have no customer service dept or complaints, and from reading other reviews, we don't expect to get our bed anytime soon. If you're thinking about using Hunterexpress.com dont!! There service is anything but express!!

Experience was no different to aus post. Have bought a couple things lately that have used Hunter Express to transport. Was concerned after reading these reviews, which is what's prompted me to leave my own after my couple of deliveries. Everything arrived in perfectly good order and condition. No damage at all to any boxes. My deliveries all had multiple boxes to make it together from SA to Cairns. No problems. I know generally only people with really bad experiences bother to leave reviews so here I am to counter.
