1. I did not received my food and I could not call and text the delivery man because the number on app is wrong. And then i tried to customers services but they are useless.
2. They do not train its staffs, the staffs always call you and say they already arrived and let you wait downstairs for 5 minutes before they actually arrived.
3. The staffs always ask you downstairs to collect and call you in advance, they never send the food in front of the door, what’s the points I’m order food and pay delivery fees if i still have to go outside and waiting for food for . It is literally happening every time.

I ordered and paid for home delivery takeaway last night at 7.03pm when it had not arrived by 8.30 I contacted the restaurant they advised me that the order had not been picked up by there delivery people. They rang and told me at 9.15pm that the food was on its way to me. Of course this was not true I never ever received my order and they have my money - do not under any circumstances order through them if you don’t want to be ripped off - especially on Father’s Day.

I regretfully have decide to post to warn others as I can see its a reoccurring problem. I Ordered online to get a hot pot dinner. I made a mistake and added too many ingredients on the order site so when I got there, I did apologise to THEM and said the site wasn't clear. I picked out a fresh bowl and chose the ingredients and watied... and waited sitting right by the counter.

After 20mins I go up and they realise my order is just sitting there. No one had called me. I grab my order and walk out and realise it's not what I ordered. It's a stir-fry instead of a hot pot. I go back and they say no, uou orderd a stir-fry, even though my order clearlysays hotpot. No apologies, no offer to fix their mistake that I did not make, nothing.

Left and after reading the reviews, I have to agree with them.

They need staff that are more attentive, a supervisor who is senior and there needs to be a review of the platforms people order from yo make sure they align and the customer gets what they order.

I as the customer should not order something and get an order that is not what I want and have to just suck it up.

It's unfortunate but I will not be going back and do NOT recommend.

So much for contactless delivery. The driver stayed in the car and insisted we go to the car to collect our order. Hope he didn’t have COVID.

Haha joke of a company. They do not provide good customer service. I waited over an hour and half to receive my dinner ..: to then receive something else from a different restaurant. Which I couldn’t eat anyways.

From UK reviewewr: Used this app for first time and driver turned up with food and asked me to come down from apartment to get food. This is not standard. Food order was incomplete also.

Customer service advised delivery to street address only is their policy. Deleted app, told them to delete my details. Plenty of competition in the food delivery business and this company just isn't competitive or good value.

They didnt deliver my food, I went to restaurant and found out my food was sitting there for 1 hour. After I got my food, app said food delivered! Thank you! We should ban this company from operating in this country.

Have been waiting for around an hour with no updates. It says that my order has been delivered but it hasn’t? When trying to contact them it says their services are not available currently. It’s very bad.

Generally good experience with them, just, the driver doesn't deliver to your door and you've got to go outside all the time

Hungrypanda this platform, they absolutely don't know how to provide service and not value their customers. They don't care their customer complaints and think get can get away from neglecting customer complaints. Delivery service delayed up to 90mins, customer service is forever apart from apologizing then basically ask you to bear with them....all the time. If can give minus score, that's what they deserve to get.

This company should not be allowed to operate, I’m still waiting wages that are due to me from last year, I’m going to contact ombudsman and I would like anyone else out there that’s not been paid to get behind me and name and shame this company in all media sites and also go round there clients demanding money off of them as hungry panda not paying up, I have all clients in my phone as well as all payments I did not receive

Worst delivery company. Customer service is absolutely useless. As long as they eventually (maybe end of the day when your food is absolutely cold and spilled), they dont care. Avoid this app!

The best Chinese food delivery APP I've used.

With Mandarin interface, clear menu with appropriate pictures, Chinese customer service.
