Bought an additive. They send you tons of emails for an order. I don't know if it's due to the legality in Germany but it's overwhelming. I'm ok with that because that's manageable.

Second, the order was made. Carrier was, supposedly, contacted for shipping. Full steam ahead then ... order was cancelled and money refunded. Bitter sweet. I don't get it ...

Explanation from after sales: They send this product by airfreight and, as it is inflammable, air carrier declined sending the item. I say BS to this reason and that's why I penalize dishonesty with this review. Because, if you aren't dishonest, then you're being completely incompetent. How do you want me to believe you have a business and sell to the EU and outside the EU and you don't know the basic shipping rules ? Why don't you send it by a land carrier instead then ? Come on! BS! A waste of my time.

Worst. I revisited the product page after all this and product price and availability are gone. They now show a "Price on request" instead of the buying button. Makes you wonder, huh ?! Well, let me tell you what happened. You accepted my payment, you hit next, next, next on your system without checking product availability in stock and then, when you searched for it, there was none left. The worst part is, instead of being honest and saying the truth, you went the extra mile lying and messing up with the customer.

This is the last time you'll hear anything from me.

As a side note, it seems most positive reviews come from the Netherlands, less from the UK. Well I'm not from any of these. Maybe that's why I wasn't as lucky ... I'm from the EU though.

Bestellprozess ist sehr gut organisiert. Die Mitarbeiter denken mit und weisen auf potentielle Probleme (Kompatibilität) hin.
Der Versand mit GLS ist aber ein toller Flop. Ich lebe in München also es müsste mehr als 1 GLS Paket pro Tag nach München geliefert werden. Trotzdem braucht die Lieferung Ewigkeiten und man bekommt ständig die Mitteilung, dass es verspätet geliefert wird.
Umleitung auf Paketshop ist auch keine Lösung. Es dauert auch ewig. Die Infos zu den Paketshops stimmen auch nicht- es steht 24h geöffnet, in der Wirklichkeit macht der Paketshop schon um 17:00 zu.
Warum kann der Kunde nicht zw. UPS, DHL und GLS wählen?
3 Sterne wegen dem schlechten Lieferdienst.

Habe an einem Sonntag bestellt, wir haben Donnerstag und das Paket wurde nichtmal
versendet. Hatte auch schon Probleme eine Antwort zu bekommen weil man bei jeder Bestellung seine FIN mitgeben muss und sie anfangs meine Bestellung stornieren wollten. Die Seite reagiert extrem langsam und Hilfe bekommt man auch keine. Ich hoffe meine Teile kommen überhaupt an und wenn ja hoffentlich nicht schon benutzt oder ausgepackt.

Eccezionali in tutto! Hanno tutti i ricambi che esistono, anche quelli più introvabili. Mi sono trovato benissimo e la spedizione è stata molto rapida! A breve farò subito un altro ordine! Grazie hubauer

Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen – miserabler Kundenservice

Ich rate dringend davon ab, bei diesem Verkäufer zu bestellen.
Ich habe ein Ersatzteil bestellt, der Betrag wurde ordnungsgemäß von meinem Konto abgebucht – nur um 30 Minuten später eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten, ohne jegliche Erklärung. Die Bestellung wurde storniert, der Grund bleibt unbekannt.

Ich habe den Kundenservice drei Mal kontaktiert: Zwei Mal wurde einfach aufgelegt, beim dritten Versuch sagte der Mitarbeiter lediglich „einen Moment bitte“ – und legte ebenfalls auf.

Definitiv mein bisher schlechtestes Online-Erlebnis.

They canceled my order because they told me my VAT number was not valid, I sent them PROOF THAT IT IS and they still refuse to take my order without VAT which is ILLEGAL. They cancel my order without notice and the customer support is ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT TO THE GERMAN TAX AUTHORITIES.

I ordered parts that say "in warehouse". It took a week then they contact me for noncense of this order. Second week passed, still packet not send out. BAD experience.

Absolutely dreadful to deal with, completely incompetent and drag everything out by taking days to reply to any message sent.

Also laughable that they use a review site which lets them chose who can review to make sure they don't get these bad reviews on their website & have a false high star rating

The absolute worst store i have ever dealt with in my professional career. They use Chat Bot AI to reply to email enquires which lead to information provided being highly unreliable and incorrect. this happened on 3 separate occasions. They advertise products as available and ready for immediate dispatch and then cancel your order 24 hours later, this happened on 3 seperate occasions. Even if you email them to confirm parts are available and they say yes there is more than 100 in stock, they will cancel the order the next day as the parts are not available. this leads to alot of bank fees, FX rate currency loss depending on your location. I would not recommend, they are a store front and not a real store. 0 out of 10.

J'ai hésité à commander sur ce site a cause des avis négatifs... Mais en concession on me proposait une pompe à 2077 euros alors que ce site la vendait 1350... Ça laisse forcément a réfléchir! Alors je me suis lancé, j'ai fait la commande et j'ai reçu la piece sous 10 jours , bonne référence bon modèle et bien un modèle neuf. Alors je savais d'avance que cette pièce était dispo chez bmw usine donc que le délais serait respecté. Je recommande forcément ce marchand et je renouvellerais mes commandes chez lui puisque mon expérience est excellente!

Am 18.04. bestellt. Lieferzeit beider Artikel wurde mit 2-4 Tagen angegeben. Am 5 Tag eine E-Mail erhalten, dass ein Teil nicht für das Fahrzeug passend sein soll mit der Frage, ob die Bestellung storniert werden soll. Daraufhin habe ich die Telefonnummer in der E-Mail angerufen (1. Versuch) um zu erfahren, welches Teil nicht passen soll und um mitzuteilen, dass die Bestellung bitte nicht storniert werden soll, doch der zuständige Mitarbeiter war gerade nicht erreichbar; ich würde einen Rückruf erhalten. Statt des Rückrufs erhielt ich nach einigen Stunden eine E-Mail mit der Stornierung meiner Gesamtbestellung. Ich rief wiederholt an (2. Versuch) und fragte, welches Teil aus der Bestellung nicht zum Fahrzeug passen soll. Es wurde wiederholt ausgerichtet, dass mich der zuständige Mitarbeiter in Kürze zurückruft. Ein Rückruf ist jedoch wieder nicht erfolgt. Dann habe ich per E-Mail nachgefragt (3. Versuch), weshalb meine Bestellung storniert wurde. Als Antwort wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie telefonisch keine Auskunft geben können, da nur ein Callcenter geschaltet ist, mir der Grund aber anscheinend genannt wurde (ein Teil sei nicht kompatibel) und ich mich besser bei einem BMW-Händler beraten lassen sollte. Ich bat darum meine Bestellung nicht zu stornieren, zumal sie bereits im Voraus bezahlt wurde. Daraufhin wurde mir per E-Mail geantwortet „Teile nicht passen und leider auch nicht lieferbar“. Bei der Bestellung handelte es sich um Gasdruckfedern und Kennzeichenhalter. Ich wollte daraufhin wiederholt im Shop bestellten, doch bei einem der Teile wurde der Preis inzwischen nach oben angepasst und die Lieferzeit auf 14 Tage erhöht. Letztendlich bin ich dann zum BMW-Händler gefahren, habe exakt die gleichen Teile (selbe Teilenummern) bestellt und ein- bzw. anbauen lassen. Dies waren meine ersten und auch letzten Versuche, als Neukunde bei diesem Online-Shop zu bestellen.

C est un vrai problème. Mes vacances sont sacrifiés et mon moteur est ouvert en attente de piece.

Pièces d'origine. Prix pas forcément très interessants, mais surtout faut pas être pressé pour recevoir ses pièces.

Nul mais alors allez chez bmw mais pas ici ...pieces commandes depuis 15 jours et rien .et quand je vois les avis ...j aurai du regarder avant !!!! Encore des gros nuls !!

Ordered for the first time, order contained a bumper grille that I selected to be painted to body color from the product page - thought initially that this would be a great way to serve your customer. But I was wrong. I got an email from customer service next day that I selected the part to be painted but added no paint to the cart and how I wanted to proceed with the order.
(I tried to search the webshop for paint with my car's color code before ordering and if there was any information of this part painting on FAQ. No results. I added color code and VIN information to the grille on the product itself).
I answered politely that I was unaware how to add the paint. I asked for the correct item and also price and lead time for the painting process and said that we can choose then to either leave it primed or paint it.
The next response was rude, unhelpful and just plain wrong:
"You need to add the paint in the cart.

You can order again, we have cancelled your current order."
After that, they increased the price of the items I had just ordered, not just the grille but other parts as well. Not by huge amounts, 5-10% but as a principle it matters and also on a 400 EUR it isn't just a couple euros. So it definitely was not a huge pricing mistake I spotted and was taking advantage of - they were just being rude and greedy. I didn't agree on canceling my order and replied that I wanted to continue with the unpainted part and same prices for other parts I ordered just a while back. Surprisingly they don't respond to the question and only advise to order again.
They don't respond to your questions, even though their e-mail template politely tells in every message "Let us know if you have any further questions."
I only wanted instructions how to add the needed items to the cart - nothing else. Instead, I got screwed and left with a sour experience. Why would I order again, they might cancel again next time again if they so please? They have 4 check boxes to read and sign before agreeing to ordering and yet they themselves treat their customers like trash. Really really poor experience overall and I recommend others to purchase from somewhere else.

habe original neue BMW Felgenschlösser bestellt. Geliefert wurden eine geöffnete BMW-Verpackung, die zu anderen Felgenschlössern gehört und auf der die Abmessungen handschriftlich geändert wurden. Inhalt sind Felgenschlösser mit deutlichen Abnutzungsspuren. Fotos vorhanden und an Hubauer geschickt. Reaktion Ich soll die Beweismaterialien zur Prüfung zurücksenden und den Kauf widerrufen, was die Erstattung um 10 % mindert. Das ganz ist kein Versehen sondern Vorsatz.

Ich musste einem Bewertungsportal zustimmen. Meine Bestellung wurde sonst abgelehnt.
Sowas erlebt man nicht mal im tiefsten China.

1 semaine de retard de livraison et un thermostat d'eau inscrit comme disponible sur leur site qui en réalité n'est plus commercialiser par le fournisseur...

je n est jamais eu de soucis c est promis pourtant pour BMW m6 v10 des pièces a plus de 800 euros ,exemple dernier phare avant 1580 euros actuateur 1250 euros ,fois 2 coussinets de bielle électrovanne de vanos ,mais pièces d origine pas Ali Express.chaque cas est particulier mais je connais la rigueur des Allemands,mais sont très sérieux .

No puedes devolver nada. No cumplen las leyes. Aún si te has equivocado y lo comunicas antes de que te envíen el artículo, no te dejarán dar marcha atrás y te lo enviaran para generate gastos. NO COMPRES AQUÍ, ESTAFA!!!!
