Excellent

I called with some questions, was given the information I needed and advised to order online to get into the delivery process promptly. The system sent me emails to show progress, delivery was ontime. The unit had been tested as promised then drained of oil for transport correctly and the oil was included in the pack. All good.

Excellent

This is an excellent product. In the few days I've had it I have channeled out a wall for an outside light, adjusted a gate and cut out floorboards.
Extremely versatile and easy to use. Perfect.

Great service

This company could have absolved responsibility when a delivery driver made a complete hash of my order. They didn't, they took them on, were tenacious and ensured I got what I needed.

Superb service, I highly recommend them.

Fantastic Service & Quality Products

I used HSS Tool Shop for the first time the other week and I can safely say I will be using them again! The service was great with swift communication from all staff, as well as superb delivery times... As promised the product was with me next day!

Excellent service, 1st rate

Item was out of stock online, called them, they had to check with they're buyers if it was going to come back in stock, took my name & number and called back shortly with the bad news (not going to come back in stock). However they'd also checked the warehouse and found one that was not on the computer and it arrived the following day. Simply excellent. Above and beyond!
