I bought an extraction kit for a Fein Multitool. The price paid was by far the cheapest I could find on the internet. HSS communications about dispatch was excellent, and the item arrived very quickly, and well packaged. I cannot fault my purchase experience with HSS.

Great experience with HSS tool shop - they responded promptly and quickly to email queries; they told me immediately when 1 item couldn't be fulfilled for 10 days; they then refunded that item when I sourced it quicker elsewhere; then all other items arrived exactly when expected.

We used this company online to buy some sanding discs and a sanding pad for our orbital sander. They spotted that the two items were of different sizes, accidentally chosen wrongly by us, and rang to point out the problem with us. They then gave us the correct size of sanding discs (several packets) which was larger at no extra cost..........as we had already paid by card. Very kind, very helpful and very efficient. We would definitely go back to them for future orders.
