Popped in Birmingham branch the day before Mother’s Day and was very busy, Nabiha served me promptly as she could see I was in a rush on my lunch break, she showedy me the earrings, asked me if I wanted gift wrap and told me to sit and wait whilst she did it. I needed to use a voucher which she helped me with and was all round really helpful! :)

Great service by Roxy , carried out a price match for me , was very efficient, and got the watch delivered next day to my town in Wolverhampton, thank Birmigham, bullring , thank you Roxy x

Not happy with the service. I bought a ring from the Sutton Coldfield branch I noticed only 2 days later whilst at work that one of the diamonds had fallen out took it today to the Birmingham city centre branch and they said they would replace it I simply do not want the ring any longer and asked for a refund to which they noted that I would have to go back to the Sutton Coldfield branch I have now had to accept the replacement ring which I do not actually want as I’d be going back and forth across two opposite ends of Birmingham. It seems completely insane that I am unable to return an item within in the 30 days. The rep from the store even noted the item was faulty in the notes that I could see will not be purchasing any items of jewellery from them in future.

After having problems with an order which was cancelled and absolutely terrible help from customer service call centre, I decided to call a local branch to see if they could find my item in stock anywhere, well Paula at Southend went above and beyond for me calling around to find the item and managed to track one in Birmingham branch. Samuel Davies at Birmingham branch too was amazing going above and beyond to help me, he found the item, sorted payment and then arranged delivery to my home. I was so impressed with these two lovely staff they saved the day and want to send them big praise!! Thank you so much for all your help and restoring my faith in H.Samuel (after customer service) 😊

Nadim was a great young man who made me feel welcomed. He welcomed me into the store and offered amazing service with a ring I ordered. 10/10 service.

I was very impressed by the service provided. The sales representative named Jade, went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase, she even went as far to keep her colleagues in the loop of an arrangement whilst she left for annual leave. Her overall demeanour was pleasant and she always replied to queries once the arrangement was in place. I would recommend this service and I hope they are all as professional as Jade.

I placed an order for a ring costing over £500 which needed to be resized. A helpful sales assistant dealt with me and advised me that the alterations could take up to 4 weeks. I asked for the ring to be posted out to me. I recieved a text message asking the item is ready to collect. I called the bullring branch and re iterated that I would like the ring posted to me which the man on the phone said he would. Since then it has been a dreadful experience I contacted them again few days later as my ring was not posted out only to be told they tried to deliver the item but I was not in... which was a total lie as I had no calling card or details and the fact that I was getting all other items through DPD and Amazon which proved clearly there was no issue with me not being available. I took to web chat as the phine line was constantly engaged and was advised he will chase up the order... which he did. Almost 7 weeks down the line I have no ring and do not know what is happening... apparently I have been told since last week they are attempting to send the item. I have advised I will pick this up from store this weekend as this has been an absolute joke... have I recieved acknowledgement....... NO... I cannot believe a brand as big as yours treat customers like this. If I am unable to pick up the item this weekend I want a full refund including the care plan.

A very annoyed customer who has always been loyal to you

I bought a ring 2 weeks ago .My first concern was the packaging that looked already open because the pull tab was already pulled out and the duct tape was there rather than pull tab. I also bought this ring to give as a gift to my sister, I showed her and she said that it was not her style so I thought I should return it.I went to h samuel bull ring Birmingham branch , the staff present was so rude she examined the ring and said we can’t take it as there are scratches.it was not even worn if there were scratches that’s mean they were already there.I’m so disappointed with this company I don’t recommend anyone to buy from them as their customers service is so poor .

Went to the store to get a ring resized, Samual helped with this and he was very professional, engaging and funny, great customer service, highly recommend.

Today I visited H Samuel Bullring Birmingham with my 12 year old daughter for piercing, I was greeted by friendly faces all round, my daughter is autistic and can tik a lot when nervous. I didn’t mention this and neither did they draw attention to it. They were so patient, Kind and Accommodating to us. Fantastic experience honestly, and will be visiting again frequently. 10/10!

I have visited H. Samuel multiple times in a short space of time, and the staff are attentive and patient. I was undecided what to buy and didn't feel rushed nor coerced to buy what I didn't like. The staff have a way of adding to the experience a personal touch which is what every customer wants. Thank you so much xx
