Very pathetic service from Hqhair. I have placed two orders on 1st and 2nd of February. After 2 weeks of waiting and when I contacted them they are saying that the order was lost by their courier. The items was required very urgently but they are not willing to send the replacement through Express delivery. They will sent only through the same courier which both the orders are lost. No values for the customer time and very arrogant customer service. Will not buy again
