Hot Football Tickets 

My husband is a big fan of LFC, so I bought him a ticket for LFC-Leicester City (10.09.16, 17h30) for his birthday. Having read many negative reviews of the company, I had to face many doubts concerning its reliability. It should be said that it turned out to be literally impossible to get a ticket trough the official channel (believe me, I've tried three times, all of them in vain). I was really reassured by the fact that the delivery department had answered all my numerous e-mails and phone calls. We met their representative in Liverpool and collected the ticket on the day of the event, even though we were 15 minutes late for the match. I texted their representative, he said it was ok and, as promised, my husband had his lower tier place in front of a penalty box and enjoyed an excellent view!!! He's made hundreds of photos on his phone:). I'm so happy that this company has helped me to make my husband's dream about Anfield come true. Thank you, guys! I've already recommended you to my colleagues, I guess you'll see more football fans from Ukraine in the near future:) unforgettable experience!!! it was truly amazing!

I want to thank hotfootballtickets.com for giving me and my family chance of such an amazing outing. We totally enjoyed the match, the seat location was just apt. I am completely satisfied with the service of you people. Surely going to recommend to my friends.

From the start this was a poor experience compared to other similar agencies I use - the communications were hopeless , phones not answered ,promised calls and emails didn't happen, phones put down on me . Worst of all though , tickets in the wrong end of the ground for the FA cup final ( which they can do in their terms and conditions if you look hard enough). This is obviously why they didn't send the tickets until the day of the game ,to leave me no time to complain , they are not anyway answering their calls today . Expect top prices and bottom service -never again , use this bunch of cowboys at your peril !

Bought tickets for a Chelsea game recently. There was a mix up by the hotel regarding whether or not the tickets had been delivered (they had been btw.) but hot tickets were very quick to reply to my email and we solved the issue. Will defi buy from again.

I bought a ticket of League Cup final ticket. I told the sell agent I bought the lower area seat and also write the notice of this, but he disconnected the conversation after I paid for the ticket immediately. I cannot connect the staff by email, online chart, because they never reply me. One week before the match day, I call them asked them to give me the tracking detail and ticket information, and they said they would email me. I have 2 phone calls to ask them to do that, they always said:"yes, we'll send that to u." and end the phone call. But they never done that. I received the upper area tickets which is not the ticket i want. But luckily, I watched that events.

Booked tickets for Man U vs Arsenal match, all PAYMENTS MADE, flew into Manchester...BUT..., No delivery of match ticket to my hotel of stay, been checkin vit d hotle reception since the otherday on delivery but d reply has always been a big NO, though i was told that d tickets will be delivered d day before d match by 22hrs., No tel # to contact these guys, no email reponds although 2 to 3 mails have been send.. No email reply,,no customer service..no follow up possible..also no tracking and delivery details possible

I really enjoyed going to this event. It was a very nice experience and very easy to get the tickets. Received them at my email few days before the event and printed to get the entrance to. I will use your site again!

DO NOT use this company to book your football tickets! Let me detail you through my absolutely atrocious experience:

1. The prices are falsely advertised. In my experience, the Copa Del Rey tickets were initially advertised at €286. After the service and handling fees, which I understood, the price was €348. I was ok with this charge, but on the checkout screen (using a 3rd party site) the price jumped AGAIN to $484! The site charges a ridiculous "conversion cost" of over $100.

2. The checkout process is awful. As part of the process, there is a 3rd tab that indicates there is a "confirm" page. That is not true. After submitting credit card details, the order has already been placed; there is no confirmation. Furthermore, they charged me the $484, not the €348. There is a reason this website immediately states "all sales are final" and does not include a refund policy. I was absolutely livid.

3. Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT AND RUDE. After placing my order, I immediately called every number on their website. I never received a person on the line. In fact, they play a faulty "Press (1) (2) (3) options to speak to this type of representative" message and then hang up. I left over 5 messages and emailed them multiple times with my questions and never received a response. After multiple days, a representative online chatted with me and evaded my questions. When I asked for a phone number to call and discuss my questions, HE DISCONNECTED THE CHAT. Furthermore, whenever the service contacts you by phone, the operator uses a "No Caller ID" number so that you cannot call them back; only they can reach you.

4. Delivery of tickets is absolutely awful. The site claims to use a "leading top courier [service] such as Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS" and "[guaranties] fast delivery... 2-4 days prior to the football match." This is simply NOT TRUE. I sent multiple emails in the 2-3 days leading to the event asking where my tickets were. I received no response. On the day of the game, I was told the courier "had an accident" and that I would be forced to meet a courier at a location over an hour away from where I was staying. Once again, the service failed to meet its promises.

5. After all this effort on my end and spending $484 for my ticket, the seat itself was quite possibly the worst in the stadium. I was assigned a seat in the furthest row possible from the event - row 35 seat 586. I could barely see the game.

In summary, this website is absolutely awful and should not be used to buy tickets. The people running the company are dishonest in their pricing and refuse to aid their customers. I am extremely unhappy, and I hope others do not make the same mistake I did. I will never recommend this company to anyone; it sells cheap tickets at extremely inflated prices and has extremely poor customer service.

i order tickets now 313590 and 313591 and actually i read alot of good reviews and same of very bad one that make me very worry of reciving the tickets while i will go with my frineds and i allready booked for hotel and flights so plz let me know does i will recive my tickets are this is agood web need for advice.

Hi, So I bought tickets to watch Arsenal vs Hull on the 18th of October 2014. Bought the tickets for the upper tier a month plus before game day. I was so happy and excited as I am from Brunei and I had to travel 16 hours to UK to watch the game. Not only that I'm an avid Arsenal fan and it will be my first time stepping into the emirates stadium.

So when I got the tickets, did the normal procedure, signed the confirmation and sent it back to them. When I arrived in the UK, I got an email on the 17th of Oct 2014 stating that they could not get in contact to me and that my ticket has been cancelled and that my money was to be refunded.

Okay being an Arsenal fan and the fact that I had to travel 16 hours on a plane just to catch this flight really pissed me off!! I called them up and I was persistent with the person. I needed my tickets! I wanted to watch the game. During the call, I demanded to talk to the accountant as well as the manager. Two hours later, got a call from the manager and they managed to get me new tickets. I was damn pleased. I was also very happy the fact that they sold my tickets to someone else and they replaced mine with the lower tier. No further charges. I was very lucky to step into the Emirates Stadium and having to sit on the lower tier. A few metres away from the players. An unbelievable experience.

In summary, yes they pissed me off at first, but they came through. I had an enjoyable time watching the game. We didn't win, we didn't lose, but we drew. The fact that I was there enjoying the atmosphere made my day.

So thank you Hotfootballtickets for a worrying experience yet enjoyable one at the end.

Saw 2 football tickets at the advertised price of £97 each so £194 in total.

Cheapest I could find at the time, so I ordered, but on checkout (and btw it takes you to a US site for this part) the price has suddenly shot up to £222.

At this point they already have my credit card details , so ok I will take the 'hit' of the extra £28. But then a day later, what they actually take from my account is 264.71 and my card company charge me £7.27 for the currency conversion from US dollars.

So 2 tickets which originally were meant to cost me £196 , have infact cost £271.98

When I complained, they said it was because they bill in US dollars I have to pay the cost of the conversion.

Its a complete rip-off ! Ended up paying nearly 40% more than the 'advertised' price

Their delivery is shambolic as well, told me tickets would arrive recorded delivery Monday between 9-13:00 and I needed to be in, and they would send me a tracking email in due course. Actually got delivered on the Saturday (and I missed them because I was out)

The 'tracking' email then turned up Monday PM 48 hours AFTER the tickets had been delivered.

In a simple phrase 'NEVER AGAIN'

They are dishonest in their 'pricing' and 'shambolic' in the delivery.
The only good thing I can say is I did get my tickets.

Well to be fair on hot football tickets they did respond to my review and compensated me financially for what I saw as an overcharge.

Some points to be made here

They are a genuine company trying to deliver a service. Some of the reviews on here suggest they are a complete 'scam'. This is completely untrue, perhaps service levels could be better but they are sincere in their efforts.

Their website does have a nice online chat facility and I did get a response from them using it.

At the end of the day, I did get my tickets , and when I complained about the price overcharge they did correct it.

So in summary you should get your tickets, but I still feel they really need to do something about their advertised prices as they do not truly reflect the price that you will be charged due to currency conversions.
