Hot Football Tickets 

Ordered 2 tickets to Liverpool V Arsenal on 29th December. Insisted they delivered tickets to us but they wanted us to have a hotel in Liverpool. They kept asking for a hotel address by email about ten times and I kept insisting we wanted them delivered to home. Well guess what on the day before the match they announced that we had to collect the tickets from an address near the stadium. Bearing in mind that Liverpool is about a 5 hour drive from where we live we went up abd arrived at the address only for there to be nobody in. This lot are thieves and scam artists!!

My wife and I recently ordered two tickets to watch Chelsea V's Crystal Palace and must say that we were very pleased with the service Hot Football Tickets gave they responded very quickly to any emails regarding ticket information and the tickets arrived at the given address the day before the match.We will definitely be using them again for future tickets and would recommend them to friends and family oh and to finish off it was a great result for us as our team Chelsea won 3-1.

Ordered tickets for the Arsenal v Liverpool match, for my sons fourteenth birthday. Was kept informed by Hot football tickets, by email, leading up to the match. Received the tickets by courier to my house, the day before the game. We had great seats, with a great view. First time visit to the Emerrates stadium. Fantastic stadium. We traveled down from Liverpool without any hitches, and the journey home too. Was very pleased with Hot football tickets. Will be using them again for future away games. 10/10. William McCarthy....

I went for the last world cup in Russia, and I requested two tickets for the match between Egypt and Russia through hotfootballtickets
I requested two category 1 tickets and they already took the money.
First of all, they didnt delivered the tickets till the match day with a minutes.
Secondly, Their agent couldnt give me the tickets before the match, and almost we spent 15 minutes from the match time to get the tickets.
Thirdly, He gave me one ticket for Cat 1 and another Ticket for Category 4 and he told me this is the available as of now.
Fourth, I communicated this issue to the company and they didnt took any actions and actually they are giving the worst reply i had ever seen.

I am really upset from them as they cheats their customers and they just took the money and then run away.

I am really not recommended to go with this company and I will not let such situation go like that.

Liverpool vs Southampton 22nd September 2018 - FANTASTIC

I purchased on Friday two tickets to see this game with my son. Sadly my son couldn't make it as he had had a brace fitted earlier in the day. Tried to contact the company to no avail. Left lots of messages either via email, chat etc. Was told not to worry tickets would be with me.

I came onto Trust Pilot and saw all the SCAM alerts and panicked and then Alex called me to apologise as he had been busy all day.

I was told to meet him at a certain pub in Liverpool from 1300pm and he text me his mobile number.

I kept in touch with him at 2pm met him at the pub. There were 3 others in front of me and he asked me my name and went back inside. He came out with a ticket and refunded me the ticket that I bought for my son.

I purchased CAT 1 GOLD which was on the centre line Upper Main Stand. Fantastic view and atmosphere.

I would have awarded 5 stars had their communications been better.

Ordered 2 tickets for Real Madrid vs Roma in the Champions League played last night. I was warned after purchase the tickets may not arrive until two days, one day or even on the day of the match itself. By mid day on the day of the game the tickets had still not arrived in my inbox. It was impossible to get through to anyone by phone and then after reading all the negative reviews I had almost given up on seeing the game which would have ruined my trip to Madrid. However at about 2 pm the tickets arrived in my inbox, were easily transferred to my Wallet on my iPhone and we got to see a great game and enjoy the amazing atmosphere of the Benabeau. Although Hot Football Tickets delivered what I ordered and they did warn about delivery times, when you organise a trip like this abroad you do not want the stress of waiting so late for the tickets to arrive. Better communication by HFT required hence my 2 star rating.

ordered 2 tkts to a Chelsea game for some friends visiting London. Tkts were delivered at very short notice 2 days before the match but to the wrong address. Registered delivery was unsigned & returned to the depot so I was forced to go to the Fedex depot near Heathrow myself to pick up the tkts otherwise redelivery would have taken another 2 days therefore missing the game.

not a fake, delivered as promised, I've had my tickets one day before a game

the website canceled my order and I am still waiting the refund, my request was cancel more than 90 days ago.

They stealed the clients.
They don’t deliver tickets (they cancelled it 12h before match) and don’t refund after that, because they are closed in summer. They just paid a poor girl to answer on the phone (0,5 € / min), who can’t do anything. She answered that someone call me as soon as possible because they are busy (in August :-) and i’m Waiting 10 days after. And no answer to mails of course (minimum 5 since 2 weeks, in all her adresses)
So I maid directly email on fifa juridic service (legal fifa.org) for having just one reaction for them (I hope so), and invite all clients to do that

The worst experience in my life!
I bought 2 tickets for me and my brother for Liverpool vs Stoke City CAT1 gold on 28th of March. My brother booked a flight from Dubai to Manchester and after arrival we called and emailed them several times to know how we are going to get our tickets. They kept saying that we are going to deliver them 2 days before the game. We chased them several times before the match day and they said they will deliver it on the match day.
On the match day we went to Anfield we called them LITERALLY more than 100 times with no response. Few days after I called them asking for refund. They said apologies we are secondary market and we are going to refund you and give you free credit to use it on the next booking game. TILL NOW 15th OF JULY I've NOT received my refund. I called them on a weekly basis and they kept saying we are going to send an internal reminder to our accounting department. In one call, I asked the customer service to escalate it. He was very rude and end the phone call impolitely. STAY AWAY

They tell you that your tickets can arrive up to one day or even the same day of the event. When I call about further info, they tell you: relax, you will get the tickets, guaranteed. But less than 24 hs before the event, I get an email saying the provider failed to provide the ticket...and that they will return my money in 30 days!!! That´s no good, I traveled all the way to Russia for the World cup and in less than 24 hours there was no other way to get another ticket. I did not want my money back, I wanted the ticket. If they have a problem with the provider, they should tell you waay before. And the help desk is very rude when you call to say you are worried about the ticket not arriving. It´s too risky to use this system...If you want to be sure to get the ticket use viagogo or studhub.

never ever ever buy of these people , if you are lucky enough you will get sent a membership card in someone elses name and a letter to tell you how to get into the match , i ordered 3 tickets and got sent 2 membership cards for the game , lucky enough we got passed security with them and were given 2 seats at the very back , i couldnt get refund for the missing ticket either (membership card ) they are not a legit ticket company , PLEASE DO NOT BUY TICKETS OF HOTFOOTBALL TICKETS < THEY ARE A SCAM

They did not deliver the tickets. They did not transferred back the money. They did not answer at all. Never ever buy anything from them!

A huge SCAM... can't understand how they are still online. Just have to read the reviews arround

Bought tickets for Porto game on 6/5/18 over 6 months ago, on the 2/5/18 they cancelled the booking as they couldnt get the tickets. They said the refund would take up to 30 days, its is now 36 days and I still havent been refunded?? I have emailed them 3 times no response? They have had my money over 6 months so why is it so difficult to get my refund sooner when they cancelled the booking.

Do not buy from this company!!!! We paid for premium tickets and we got delivered low-price tickets. The money difference has been kept by hotfootballtickets. We have sent pictures of tickets of proof, and we have asked for a refund on the difference - but after a first reply, the company do not answer us anymore.

I have bought football tickets from other companies before and always received what I paid for. This company is a new and very bad experience.

The company does not exists and you have no where to make a claim. They send every now and then one real ticket but in the meantime they steal a lot of others. They have an address in Spain that doesn't exist, the telephone number for that address is from the US although they call you from an UK number; without giving any solution off course.
They stole me 450€.. they don't want to give me the ticket nor the money. Hope you don't have the same problem.

La compañía no existe y no hay lugar donde reclamar. Me imagino que envian un boleto cada tanto, pero mientras tanto roban a muchos otros. Tienen una dirección en Barcelona que no existe, el número de teléfono de esa dirección es de los EE. UU. aunque te llaman de un número de Inglaterra; sin dar ninguna solución.
Compre un ticket y no me lo dan ni me devuelven los 450 €.
Espero que no tengas el mismo problema.

The problem is its the world cup match, ticket is needed for the Fan ID..available on Live chat to direct you to the delivery center!!
Their respond after few emails was get a tourist visa in case delays in receiving tickets which is a must for a Fan ID!!!!

Now I feel like canceling the whole trip in which I will lose a lot of money.. dont know what to do.. expected delivery has passed..dont use them..I wish I have either piked up a trusted company or didnt bother going from the start!!

shame..they have spoiled the moment..

Well.. I must update my review but still the above negative points has already happened! so I did make it to Russia and I did get my tickets 5hrs before the match so you can use them and you will get your tickets but expect to be on your TOES all the way till the day of the game.
