Problems solved.
I have used HotelsCombined numerous times and find the site easy & effective to use. My high rating is because of the way they handle problems - they respond quickly & are very customer focused.

bad HotelsCombined
I contacted HotelsCombined because one of the companies they advertise mis-sold holidays to me. Somebody Ben promised to resolve it in 24 hours, but nothing happened. Poor customer service, that advertise cowboy companies like Skoosh, Stayforlong, Hotelopia. They are not part of ABTA, offer no protection. HotelsCombined cannot be trusted.

Hello Mike, sorry to hear about your negative experience with Hotelopia, unfortunately as they control the booking and payments it is out of our control. We contacted them and were waiting for a response which unfortunately was very slow. My colleague Andrea has already got back to you on this case with a resolution for you. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and hope that you can now re-book and enjoy the rest of your stay! Thanks for contacting us and we hope to see you online again soon!
Great product to save money on your holidays
I started to hear about them on Instagram and it took me to eventually try their product. It helped me to save a few bucks on my trip! Definitely reccommed! Now I compare here before every booking, I didn't know there could be such a difference in prices!

Fantastic
Fantastic - I needed to cancel my booking but I had lost the email confirming the booking. One quick email to customer service at HotelsCombined proved adequate enough to have a response from them so quickly that the cancellation was easy and carefree. Although I did not use the company till the end I look forward to using them in the future.

Needs to Update the prices shown, they are often wrong
Was looking at a specific hotels rooms, prices listed for a deluxe room was £18 per night for 3 different sites Experia, Zen and Hotels.com and when I click each link the rooms are £24 or £25 each for a lesser room, the deluxe are £30. this same incorrect pricing for the hotel is still there days later.
It's nice to compare prices all on one site but not if those prices are wrong, this seems to happen more and more frequently.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Unless using a VPN all the prices in the UK should include taxes so the price should be the same on redirection. If you are not using a VPN please can you send screenshots and URL web links to customerservice@hotelscombined.com and the team will look into this for you immediately. Lets try and get this resolved as soon as possible so you can book at the price you want to :)
Fantastic Custumer Service!
Fantastic Custumer Service! I had a bit of trouble confirming my booking for a room at The Shang ri La Singapore Via Revato, as the hotel was not replying to my emails. I tried writing to HotelsCombined and it was the right move. I immediately received a reply from Janine, and she was able to contact the hotel for me, and even managed to get a confirmation from them as well. Within minutes I received an email from he hotel. Do not hesitate to use this platform, got the best prices for all of my bookings since I started using HotelsCombined. Not to mention the fantastic after sales. I am in no way affiliated with this service, and I am guaranteeing the authenticity of my review.

Don’t use this site
Don’t use this site! I have now had to get the fraud team on a booking I made with them. Very dissatisfied as the money came out of my account but no hotel was booked ! Terrible that this company could let this happen. Be careful.

Hello Em, I´m sorry to hear that you had a negative experience, as you are aware we simply compare hotel prices and do not manage any of the bookings or payments. I have checked with our customer service team and they haven't received any emails from you, in order to try and assist you the best we can and resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you please can you email customerservice@hotelscombined.com with the details. We are always here to help!
Great tool to compare!
I used to always book using Booking.com until my friend told me to check out HotelsCombined, it is brilliant! Very easy to use and compares all the big names so I can still book through booking.com if the price is cheap but also it gives me many other choices and sometimes there are much cheaper deals on other sites than Booking. All round a great tool to compare!
