Hotel Belvedere Recenzje 

I stayed for three nights and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience overall.

The biggest issue was the condition of the room. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling when I arrived. Housekeeping eventually covered it during one of the cleanings, but this is simply not what I expect from a five-star hotel. No one acknowledged it or even offered an apology.

The service also fell short of five-star standards. Check-in was rather cold, with no real introduction to the hotel or its facilities, and I received no pre-arrival information that would have helped prepare for the stay. Great hotels usually anticipate guests’ needs, but that was missing here.

The wellness area was another disappointment. The sauna only opens from 4 ppm onwards, which is quite limiting. Besides, the QR code in the room links to information stating that it opens at 2 pm. This kind of inconsistent information is not a good look for a hotel of this category.

I knew the hotel was historic, but I didn’t expect it to feel this dated. The rooms are clearly in need of renovation. There was no tea or coffee in the room, and the complimentary bottled water was not replenished during housekeeping. The bed was another disappointment. The mattress was not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were so soft that they were almost nonexistent. Can’t say I had a particularly “refreshing” sleep.

The breakfast was the highlight. There was a good variety of food, and the breakfast staff were by far the most attentive and welcoming employees encountered.

Overall, this was not the level of quality or service I expect from a five-star hotel, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it to others. Not worth its price.

Just come home from Atlantic belvedere what an amazing holiday beautiful hotel the best staff everrrrr views are amazing. The food every day was beautiful and it just makes for a fabulous holiday thank you again to all the staff we met Paul + Allan

Hotel was nice and clean, the staff was lovely, BUT the food let it down was practically the same food offered on the buffet every night, and not very good. And I couldn't go in the pool as I have limited mobility and there were no steps into it just ladders

Nous sommes arrivés vers minuit, le bus ne pouvant accéder à l'hôtel, nous avons été déposés sans plus d'informations à l'entrée de la station balnéaire, valises à la main, l'aventure commence…. Personne pour nous accueillir à l'hôtel, sur le tableau d'affichage notre nom avec le numéro de la chambre et le plan , nous indiquant que les clés sont sur la porte. un petit encas nous attendait dans la chambre, une bouteille d'eau n'aurait pas été de trop surtout avec des enfants de 5 et 12 ans.
On se rend compte que la chambre dispose de deux lits simples et d’un petit lit derrière la porte d’entrée dans le coin à manger et des chambres absolument pas rénovées.
La salle de bain si on peut appeler ça comme ça puisqu’il s’ agit d’un couloir avec lavabo un wc et douche sans aucune séparation !
Vous avez l’eau de la douche qui circule partout ,nous faisons part de notre mécontentement.
Et à partir de la le cauchemar débute , je me suis faite agressé physiquement par 3 personnes gérant de l Hôtel , plusieurs témoins présent, blessure constate par le médecin! Nous avons eu aucun soutiens de la part du groupe concernant l'agression.
La prestation ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui nous à était vendu . J'ai en ma possession toute les preuves de ce que j'avance. Des vacances gâchés et 5082e dépenses pour rentrer en France avec un traumatisme psychologique et blessé. Que fait le groupe??? a fuir les photos vendu sur le site ne correspond absolument pas à la réalité.
