Returned from a very disappointing stay attention to detail that are not acceptable and especially not at this price point
In the kitchen there are 14 spot lights of which only 3 worked.
Light over the dining table 3 bulbs not working out of 5
Main ensuite on upper floor 2 spots not working
Shower head hanging off.
Rooms on ground floor again spots not working
Water from the shower running towards the toilet so the bath mat was soaked every time in use
The bathroom in the 2nd bedroom ring marks where it hasn't been cleaned
Bedside lights not even connected behind the bed
Chairs on the balcony clearly not moved for weeks covered in cobwebs.
Bottle of water stashed behind cushions on the settee.
Wires hanging from electric blinds.
Patching and holes in the wall and in ceiling.
From a basic health &safety point of view lighting should be adequate and there should be stickers on the patio doors.
There was no fire extinguisher to be seen anywhere again basis health and safety requirement.
We have done many lodges and air bnb and I have never paid so much and yet got so little.
The welcome was a few milk sachets and sugar probably collected from a local cafe, the toiletries were in worn out refilled bottles that left no desire to be used.
All in all fabulous location to be able to walk to the town etc but thats where the plus points stop hense two star.
No response to points raised but what can they say when everything is photographed

I was advised after someone had visited the property I would get a telephone call and 7 days later no call, however leave a review and you are called immediately and told I will personally call you back Monday after speaking to my staff that had not responded to my email and here we are no response again. So be prepared to be ignored when all the negatives are highlighted but really what can you say to dirty surfaces holes in the wall loose wires no fire extinguishers and inadequate lighting and unresponsive staff.

I was with my friend and her elderly father when this happened. I witnessed how poorly the company handled the situation and how they left him stranded without care. It was shocking, and I would never recommend staying with them. Would give lower than 1 star if I could

Can’t comment on the actual apartment because we never even got to see it. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a booking. We reserved one of their apartments through Airbnb for my elderly father, only to arrive and discover there are 20 steps leading up to the front door - a detail that was almost hidden at the bottom of the listing and was super easy to miss. Even though the listing had a big long section with “things you should know” and it wasn’t mentioned there.

When we tried to communicate with the company and find another solution, we were yelled at by Tim and treated horribly. My father was left stranded in the middle of the night with no way to enter the property, and the company showed zero concern nor wanting to solve the matter.

Not only did they refuse to help us, but they also refused to refund the full amount, keeping around 800£. To make matters worse, they required us to sign a long, intimidating contract as a condition for receiving the code to the keys, a demand we were only informed about an hour before check-in. This should have been made clear in the listing.

Overall, they made us feel like our well-being and needs as customers didn’t matter at all. I would strongly advise against booking any of their apartments.

A very bad experience with this company! Ineffectual, incompetent and uncaring!
If it were not for a rival company, we wouldn't have had accommodation. Just be very careful to whom you entrust your money - make your research and use the owner him/herself.
Do not trust this company under any circumstances!
