I am very pleased with the support I had during my Admission process, very professional and supportive staff. Thank you for your help and patience.

I haven't yet started my course but the process so far has been really easy. Everything is explained clearly both on the website and also over the phone when you call up for information. The enrolment process was really simple and i have been contacted a few times to make sure that everything is okay and that I haven't got any questions.

Quick to respond to request for information about course and spoke on the phone, felt no pressure to sign up for the course was just informed of my options. When i was ready to sign up was an easy process to register for the course and now cant wait to start.

Helen Gibson was great help, she provided me with all the info i needed and a was more than happy to help with any and all questions i had. I had no issues with the set up of my course due to all the info she gave me. Will definitely see people to home learning college to do their online studying!

Barbara was very helpful, she spent a long time taking over the course options. She went through the initial spiel quickly because I was very short of time, but spent time chatting to me about payment options, and which elective modules I should take.

I contacted Home Learning College (Avado) about a Book-Keeping Course and everything was explained by a personal advisor and then details emailed to me so I could look over everything in my own time. I NEVER felt pressurised into going ahead with the course.

I decided when I was ready to go ahead and set up the payment options, etc and agreed a suitable start date.

They are very honest when it comes to the price enquiry, and also supportive.

Very helpful with regards to making sure you are enrolling on the correct course.

I found the enrollment process really easy and my enrollment consultant (Leo) was very friendly and helpful, explaining all the course information and pricing clearly. I found Leo so helpful when enrolling in my first year, that i contacted him directly to enroll again for my second year! And he was just as helpful once again!
With regards to the actual course itself, I find the VLC really easy to use and navigate around. The course books are helpful and the study guides are great. With the books, online help and ebooks etc, each lesson is well explained and set out.
However, personally, I didn't find the tutor lessons that helpful in the first year, but i watched them nonetheless and they were informative running over the key points of the lesson. But I personally found them a bit long winded and often unproductive. Also, it often took a few days for the tutor to reply to any queries, which was sometimes frustrating (especially when it was coming close to an exam!)
Overall though, i am very happy with studying with Home Learning College - I am now in my second year!

Given great advice on what level would benefit me given my circumstances. Very informative and not pushy .

The online portal is fairly easy to use but if you need help, expect to be waiting weeks for a response.
It didn't matter if I called or emailed my "tutor" I never got a response, that in turn meant I couldn't continue to the next module.
After ringing customer services and being promised a call, still no reply from a tutor.
This meant I got logged out after 1 year and got a call offering to continue for 3 months more for a ridiculous amount.
All seems money orrientated and very unprofessional.

After completing AAT Level 2 and Level 3 courses with the HLC, and passing all exams at the first time, there was no brainer that the AAT Level 4 course will be booked with HLC as well :)

Home learning college is a great website with a useful platform. There is a team that is always available to help, however, one of the downsides is that it is quite unorganised. It is quite unclear on how to get started with the studying, and we are constantly having to wait for tutors to guide the way; which doesn't tie in with me wanting to get the course completed as soon as possible.

Very informative and helpful staff, the study options and organisation seem first class.

Overall a good company to study courses with

Excellent and helpful helen sold me the course but since enrolment no direct contact or introduction. just finding my own way.....
