Couldn't be happier with the service

would recommend the way that I got enrolled on the course was very clear and professional.

There was a little pressure to register for an AAT and difficutly the following day changing from a Level 2 to Level 3.

They have deducted 865.00 from my account on 23rd February and on 24th February when I changed my course Student Services was confused and didn't know if I could do this despite the 14 day cool off period.

Now 5 days later I have still no logon credentials or confirmation I am registered for the Level 3 course therefore I will need to ring again today.

I was nervous about taking up the distance learning only through self doubt and the most recent experience at work of being made to feel de-skilled. So with little self esteem it was a pleasure speaking to a very positive and reassuring adviser who totally made me feel like I could achieve what I was enquiring about. She didn't pressure me in to signing up, rather encouraged me with the assurance of help and support along the way. I did look at an alternative provider, only based on cost and affordability, but I have taken the long payment option despite the additional interest costs, only because I felt more assured that this company will do everything to meet my learning needs.
I look forward to starting the course shortly.

Smooth, quick and efficient process being set up with The Home Learning College

I applied to complete my CIPD last year with Home Learning College. After only finding a couple of negative reviews I decided to out my full trust into this education provider.

The initial calls I spent time speaking to the sales team and they advised me on how I would definitely be able to manage my workload being full time in Retail management working in excess of 45 hours a week. I was told 5-7 hours minimum would suffice for study time on my case studies. They assessed my previous academe achievements over the phone and had agreed that I could achieve a level 5 no problem. They happily took my £3000 and sent me my materials in the timescales quoted.

So my first assessment came through and within my first week of trying to settle into the materials I expressed my concern about not being able to manage the workloads and that it was maybe too much for me to progress with the course. I was put through to my tutor who talked me out of it and student services who recommended I carry on or step down to the lower level but this would come at a charge - so they wanted money to deal with this issue where I was clearly mislead down the path that the workloads would only be 5-7hrs a week

I pushed myself massively to complete my first module and passed but the feedback that was given demonstrated I clearly wasn't at the level required for the course. Again I rang the Home Learning college and expressed my concern. They said I only had 3 options to either step down to a lower level of learning/take a break and join a new cohort/sell my course onto family or friends - all of which would come at a financial cost to me!!!

The fact that I have since been left to just disappear into the background and with absolutely no correspondence or care for my wellbeing as a student screams volumes that this company don't care! They only care about the money. 14days isn't long enough for someone to be given to consider whether a course is right for them and they shouldn't be forced into stepping down or selling their course on as the only option.

The company need to re evaluate how they assess peoples criteria over the phone and perhaps some further evidence should be provided so the sales team can make an educated decision about what they are selling to people.

I am now £3000 in debt and have nothing to show for it. Not once did they offer a refund or part refund after taking the cost of materials off so they are reaped the reward of my naivety and the cunning skills of their sales staff

Thanks Home Learning College for nothing- I have now had to take up a second job to pay back the lost income and I will never recommend your company as an education provider my experience has been awful.

Your refund polive is a joke and you really need to relooknow at the most important people to your business and how you treat them....."Your customers" without them yiu wouldn't have a company. And I see above you have a fairly good rating from most but the way you treat unhappy customers is shocking

A very good experience with the Home Learning College. Very helpful in talking to me about my needs and recommending the course that was right for me. The whole registration process has gone very smoothly and the follow up from Student Services has also been excellent. The course itself does not start until March, but I have access to the VLC already and the course materials have arrived in the post so I can get on with the reading etc well in advance.

I am very pleased with the support I had during my Admission process. The representative was very friendly and extremely helpful, thanks to him my enrollment was very easy and pleasant.

I would highly recommend the lady I was talking to was so helpful with everything phoned me back when I asked her to went through everything with me so I knew exactly what it was all about excellent

Extremely helpful, informative and polite. I haven't studied for years and David put me at ease and explained everything from how to get started on the course to where i would sit the exams. Looking forward to getting started.

I originally enquired about the AAT a while ago but then was unable to join the course as early as I intended due to financial issues. The member of staff was patient and waited for me to contact her when I was ready to start. I was then quickly sent the paper work and had everything explained to me in detail about the course. All in all a great service to get me set up on the course.

I had been looking at my AAT courses for a while and couldnt decide who to go with, I put a information request in and the next day had a phone call with all the information I needed and more, was so easy to get all set up, the guy I spoke to was lovely and friendly, easy to talk to!! What more could you want!! I am a day in to enrolling and have already recommended to two people!!

Getting on the course was initially very easy I spoke with a very helpful and friendly representative. Once I gained access to the course everything continued to go smoothly, the site is easy to navigate and there is no lack of support available.

So far my experience has been great. The staff are helpful and will listen to your previous experience and qualifications to make sure you enrol into the right level for you. This is quick and easy.

Easy to navigate around the website. Simple instructions for learning tasks. Helpful tips and notes. Service team really helpful with any enquiries you may have. Tutors always to hand to help with any queries.

As i am a new student and my course commences in February 2017 i have not in a position to give a holistic feedback on the services provided.
