Emma at Homebase on Hatfield road was so helpful and cheerful and located the item I wanted. In fact customer service staff were also fab. It’s great to receive good customer service!

Click and collect order

Ordered through click and collect. Order was ready within the hour and east to collect in store. Sales attendant was super efficient and friendly. One easy transaction and totally hassle free.
Will definitely use again.
