Even though it was Bank Holiday Monday the transaction went smoothly, and was carried to my car.

Helpful staff, didn't have what I needed in stock but guided me to on-line order.

Very quick collection,Louise on Click and Collect was very bubbly and made our day!

Click and collected a large item and it was all packed and loaded onto a trolley ready for me! Thank you

The collection process was simple & quick. A member of staff was very helpful and assisted me to load the unit into a van.
Unlike the online customer service at Homebase who let me down 2 days prior to delivery when I ordered & paid online! 😡

This morning 2nd February 2024 we are both deaf and disabled, bought 3 cans crown and dulux of paints from Farnham. Saw poster saying get 1 and get another 1 for half price for indoors. But we were shocked to pay in full. Showed the till lady named Debs, the poster and she said satinwood paint is not included. I don’t agree with the till lady as satinwood still part of indoor paints! I got a receipt - operator 167535

Easy collection no issue

Order placed was wrong some items the wrong colour . Collection arranged over 2 days even though I asked all to be collected on one day. Still waiting to arrange second collection and cant receive right items until items collected making me feel like a fraud. Nonidea why a delivery and collection can't be made the same day.

Easy to order in line and my goods were waiting for me when I arrived at the store. Friendly staff 😊

Very clear and easy website to navigate. Text message received within one hour of purchase and staff at the click and collect counter in Farnham were very friendly and helpful

On checkout I was offered a choice in delivery date. We were out on various days so chose one date specifically and stayed home all day purposely to wait for the delivery. It got to late afternoon amd I finally recieved an update to tell me it would come the following day. A day we wouldn't be in!! What was the point in choosing a day!!!??
Then we came to build the chest of drawers and a few of the drawer fronts have defects. This is a birthday present and given my new lack of confidence in items being delivered on time, I couldnt take the chance of sending it back and getting a new one on time so are left with the duff one!
