High quality and excellent customer service
I have ordered from this website multiple times, and my experience has always been excellent. The quality of the clothing is outstanding, and the products consistently meet my expectations.
What truly sets this company apart is their exceptional customer service. They respond very quickly, are extremely helpful and accommodating, and any issues or concerns I have had were resolved promptly and professionally.
I will definitely continue ordering from them in the future.

Customer service and product quality fall very short of the what you’d expect in a high street store let alone a premium brand like Holland Cooper. Customer service team lack accountability, empathy and any understanding as to how important brand reputation is. Despite owning numerous HC items following my first and only interaction with their customer service team, I’ll not be ordering from them again

Absolutely awful customer service
Absolutely awful customer service, I received a pair of Jeans for my husband in May for his Birthday, when they arrived the leather badge on the back was sewn on upside down. I returned them and had to wait about 2 weeks for a refund with no apology. I ordered the same jeans when my refund eventually came back, and I couldn’t believe the same faulty jeans came back to me. I was fuming 😡 I have now got to wait another 2-3 weeks for a refund. This is not good enough from a reputable company like yourselves. You only reply to emails with a robot. I have spent a lot of money with your company but you’re not getting a penny more. I am spreading the word of how bad you are, I get much better service from Next. You certainly need to sort your customer service out. Absolute rubbish 🤬

Wouldn’t buy from them again.
Really disappointed, considering the price of the stuff you’d expect better after care, i paid for next day delivery on a £300 coat, which didn’t arrive the next day or the following day (despite me raising and them responding confirming it would be arriving the following day) which it didn’t and therefore wasn’t here for the family meal it was a gift for - no mention of them refunding the next day delivery i’d paid for that wasn’t fulfilled. Then, it finally arrived on the Monday and when i picked it up, the outer box was all torn open and bent and the inner HC sleeve was all bent out of shape and the tissue paper inside had been taken out and stuffed back in. Had to pay an additional £5 for a new box, and an additional £15.95 for next day delivery on top of the unfulfilled original delivery i’d paid. Raised all of this with them, with pictures of the boxes, pictures of my receipts for the additional packaging and shipping, and explained that although i know this wasn’t their fault directly it looked really bad on the brand and that i’d been unable to keep it in the HC sleeve with the tissue paper due to the damage, which was disappointing as the unboxing is part of the gift experience. Only to get a response apologising and saying they will raise it with the courier and offering me a £10 gift card, which doesn’t even cover the cost of the missed next day delivery let alone my additional costs, i hadn’t even asked for any goodwill considering the disappointment i just wanted back the delivery costs - anyway i’ve told them to keep the “gift card” which would’ve conveniently only have gone towards a future order, as it’s more of an insult than a resolution. Fully appreciate this isn’t HC’s fault personally hence why i gave them two stars, but i’ve had better customer care from much cheaper brands (not that price should make a difference) but when you’re shopping at a “luxury” brand you’d expect their customer service to be the same, ah well i suppose me missing out on a £30 delivery fee refund will now save me a lot more in the future as i shop elsewhere and tell everyone i know to as well :)

I fell in love with one particular dress
I fell in love with two dresses, one in stock and the other out of stock. I contacted customer service to ask if/when the dress would be back in stock in my size and the service I received was exceptional. They advised they would contact me when the dress was back in stock and true to their word, they emailed me and I was able to get the dress I really wanted. I cannot thank them enough, especially Adam, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am shopping through website by Holland Cooper many years now. I was never disapointed. As higher luxury brand I also taking not only high qulity mateial ( I am mainly focus on wool clothes) but also shape and comminication. How fast and which style of the communication boutique use. I must admit that this brand I highly recommend and I cant wait to visite new boutique in UK during autumn.

Earrings arrived different colour to advertised
Ordered the braided earrings after seeing them on Jade on her FB posts.
Expected the nice gold colour as seen on the website photos and on Jade, however they arrived a really dark orange/brassy colour. Very disappointed, so I returned them straight away.
They were sent back to me with no note or anything in the box with them. No email, nothing.
Customer service refuse to give me a refund stating that due to hygiene reasons they cannot accept earrings back. I even sent photos to show them the colour difference and explained the problem.
Absolutely appalled at their responses, the earrings are not as described and look awful and cheap. I have no choice but to go to trading standards about this now. What a waste of my time when this could have been dealt with properly.
Such as shame as I have spent quite a bit of money with HC after discovering them a year or so ago, purchasing online and also at both the Cheltenham and Bicester stores but I won't be buying anything further now.
After reading similar complaints online other people have suggested other brands that have better quality and customer service so I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.

I’ve had the same appalling customer…
I’ve had the same appalling customer service experience as others on here. Returned an expensive Jacket as the fabric looked horrendous & bobbled after only 2 wears. Holland cooper received it on 18th May & after chasing many times & getting the same unhelpful AI replies via e mail. No look getting through to speak to anyone on the phone as you just get an automated message telling you to go online & then it cuts you off, I finally received a response today (4th June) to say they’ve received my item but haven’t processed it yet! It’s just been sat in the warehouse for 3 weeks! And to allow another 5 working days before I get in touch again!! Will not be buying from them again!

Failure to refund my order returned over 2 weeks ago…
I returned order number 1271317 on 15th May. It was received by your warehouse on 18th May. I have emailed your "customer services" team several times to chase a refund. I have provided the Royal Mail tracking number. I even received an email from Customer Services on 27th May at 9.54am stating my return had been received and you are processing my refund. I also phoned the sales line on 26th May and spoke to Adam who confirmed that my refund was being processed. I have still NOT received my refund for £299 for a return you received on 18th May, which is over two weeks ago.
All my chasers to Customer Services result in unhelpful AI responses. I have an email confirming you have received my return, verbal confirmation from Adam, yet still no refund.
I escalated this matter to Jade via email directly. No response. I have waited over two weeks since you received my return, I would like my refund for £299 please immediately. I am very upset by the amount of time I have had to invest chasing a simple matter. I am at beyond exasperated by this dreadful experience with "customer services". Please resolve immediately.

Still waiting on a refund
I purchased a dress 2 weeks ago which I returned the same day and this was recieved back with Holland and cooper within 2 days. I have chased for a confirmation and when my refund will be issued, I have tried calling, I have spent ages on the AI chat which just gives the same template, the same as customer service. I have only had emails from someone called Sophie who says yes your item is returned, yes you will receive a refund within 5 days. This is now 2 weeks and I’m beyond upset. I ordered the dress for a special occasion and I need to buy another dress but I’m unable to do this until my money is returned. Why do big expensive companies feel this is ok ? I will never buy from Holland cooper again and I can see from these reviews that lots of people feel the same. Customer service is so poor and has left me terribly stressed and without my order. The dress was returned the same day and to still be waiting without a single update is totally unfair and unnecessary and j wish I had never spent my money with you as a company .

Beautiful dress, excellent delivery
Delivery to Northern Ireland was right on time and the dress was so perfectly packaged with a really luxurious feel, I felt like I was receiving a gift. The fabric, quality and fit (size 10) was spot on and the dress is so beautiful, exactly as shown, the colour is exactly right. I would definitely order from this company again.

Beautifully laid out shop
Beautifully laid out shop. Had seen the trouser suit I bought on line before I visited so had an idea of what I wanted. Assistant could'nt have been more helpful especially being a 'more mature' lady requiring different sizes. Husband had a very comfy chair to sit & wait on so even he was happy. It is an expensive shop with beautifully made tailored clothes. So be prepared to break the bank!!

This company popped up on my FB page. The clothes looked beautiful and clearly stated terms and conditions should a return need to be made.
My order arrived promptly beautifully packaged. The only negative, being dresses, especially one being maxi, they should have been packed on a hanger and in a long box or plastic covering. Instead they were badly creased. Especially the maxi. They are not cheap. However the dresses were very well made but I still think overpriced. The maxi in particular is only polyester. Not silk.
I had to return 2 of the dresses. The return went well and I had a refund back into my account within 5 days.
So would highly recommend.

Sometimes ok though I have returned a few items due to style or quality. At the moment refunds not going through in time, not had my recent purchase refunded.
Update: 02/06/22. Wrote to customer care to let them know of the issue as advised below. Their prompt reply was it takes 5 days. I've been waiting 22 days for a refund... not as helpful customer care...?
