Bought a Turnigy Quad 4x6S Lithium Polymer Charger 400W DC, dont have like the product, and returned the product (they have the No Fuss Return form before returning items), after 3 weeks they continue saying I have to wait... never see the money or the item again! Paid with paypal but because the return has been made ouside of paypal, they cant do nothing! this company is a scamm! is good only to sell! costumer service BIG ZERO!!!!

I have been buying form HK since 2017 and they have improved so much since then.. The range of popular RC products have increased and they have been giving such great deals in the last one year. I have made atleast 2 to 3 orders every month as the deals have been totally irresistible. Thanks HobbyKing you are five star always ..

C'est ce que j'ai voulu faire, et en effet vous faite toute la procédure de retour qui est accepté par HobbyKing, On vous demande de retourner l'article, sauf que l'on ne vous donne pas l'adresse de retour !!! Donc impossible de faire le renvoi et vous restez avec votre arcticle sur les bras...

I ordered 2 batteries to work in series but one came damaged. submitted a claim 5 days ago but no response to claim or emails

Ich habe vor ein paar Tagen etwas bei Hobbyking bestellt. Die Lieferung und Bearbeitung sollten etwa 36€ kosten. Ich ging davon aus, dass es sich bei so einem hohen Preis wohl auch um den Zoll handelt. Wenig später bekomme ich eine Nachricht, dass ich den Zoll (39€) noch mal zahlen soll von UPS (dem Logistikunternehmen). Ich soll also 75€ für die Lieferung bezahlen während das Produkt etwa 50€ kostet. Das ist unmöglich. Ich habe dann mehrfach den Support von Hobbyking angeschrieben und „request“ geschrieben. Nach 3 Tagen habe ich immernoch keine Antwort. Bitte klärt dass, denn 75€ für Versand ist eine Frechheit. Bestellnummer: 103014690

Auspost tracking status said the parcel (2s battery) was being returned to the sender due to a wrong address, I checked and they entered a different address from the one I entered in the order. They've marked my order as complete and have still have not responded to my claims.

Habe 2 Akkus bestellt und wollte zurückschicken weil die zu groß und zu schwer für mein Flugzeug waren.
Habe Support kontaktiert und ohne Erfolg.
Ich werde nie wieder etwas von dort bestellen und ich empfehle auch nicht.
Hobby King ist Bande welche Geld macht indem die verkaufen Artikel und wenn etwas ist nehmen die nicht mehr zurück.

Ordered 4 lipo 3s 11,1 butterfly batteries. They state 15C, 30C max discharge rate. Upon arrival 1 of the 4 packs had a dead cell. So that one was good for an RMA. Next upon measuring the other batteries, they should be able te provide at least 21 Amps with a peak of double that in burst. However they have a peak of around 20A max and rapidly dropping to a stable 10A in 2 minutes testing time.
Not only are these batteries of very cheap quality. The customer support and RMA claim give no answer. Buying via paypal, they let me return it to an adress in Hong Kong, i live in europe. So i lose more op sending and customs than the cheap rubbish is worth. Avoid this store. They lie about warranty and they got systems to avoid protection. They do not have return labels en they do not answer to claims.

Items like heat shrink which all modelers use, need inside diameter, and more variety stocked. Prop adapters need length of threaded prop shaft to allow spinners, etc. be used. A few simple details in print by the items let modelers know if it can be used or not for their aircraft.

After the purchase I git a damaged package which got repacked by the shipper.
Since a few weeks now I did not get any response to my claim.

Yeah take my money and after that gave S*** about the customer!

Bewildered! A long term customer of 12 yrs, I've spent over $12k and a "Platinum" member.
Ordered a 3s 4500 battery from the Australian warehouse. February 19th Order * 01330 $45.
On following Tuesday I received an envelope from HK
Inside was 10 battery stickers!
Sent Wrong product same day email. "Please send the battery I paid for" request, Since then 4 emails and 3 weeks later I have receive NIL response.
About to take it to court legally to get my money back,
Nothing from HK, silence.
