Siempre que voy a Londres, desde la primera vez que pisé la ciudad y la descubrí, me paso por HMV para ver qué joyas y ofertonas encuentro. Esta vez iba hasta con una lista de discos para buscar y como uno de ellos no lo tenían allí, la dependienta me lo pidió y me explicó que seguro que llegaba a tiempo antes de que me marchara de la ciudad, como así pasó, pero que no me preocupara que si no era así me devolverían el dinero al echarlo para atrás.
El personal es muy amable, la tienda enorme, limpia y ordenada y está en una zona estupenda (Oxford Street). Recomendable para discos, películas, libros y todo tipo de merchandising.

Easy to order on the HMV website
Easy to order on the HMV website. Choice to have my UHD Blu ray, either delivered or collect from store, chose to have it delivered to my local store. Was informed when it arrived at the store, collected that day.

Papa was a rolling stone
It was almost perfect. Only thing that i didn't like was everything was payments and package was individually sent and taken. I can understand packages being sent indiviually due to weight and size. But couldn't payments been done as one. Maybe choice could be offered before customer agrees sale. To have payments done in one or separately. Just a thought.

With regard to payments, please be advised that credit/debit cards are only charged as and when the item is allocated to your order and ready to dispatch, so for orders consisting of multiple items dispatching at different times or from different warehouse locations, you may see items charged separately.
Should you wish to have a single payment, if you place the order using PayPal, as these are charged immediately when the order is placed, there would be just the single payment regardless of multiple dispatches.

Is very easy to use the website, I bought the CDs and asked to collect in store, to be faster. The whole process is informed by e-mail step by step and the staff is amazing.

Not delivered yet
One of the items from the order hasn’t been delivered yet. It’s taking too long. Had I known this, I’d buy it from the store and avoid any future pre-orders.

Ordered something from their site because I wasn't sure it would be in store. I was suprised it dispatched so fast considering it was on the weekend however it was delivered on time and in perfect condition!
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely shop using this process again.

The staff are always excellent.
Also, when I order (in store) I receive confirmations of release dates and delayed releases (due to distributors pushing back releases).
So I always know what's happening with my order(s).
I'd highly recommend HMV, especially if you like to browse in store like I do.
