My Great experience at HMV
I enjoy going to HMV in person as I've been to the shop for three times a week to buy more CDs based on my favourite rap artist of my top 3 as I go back and started to collect CDs.
However, I wouldn't recommend order it from there official website as there are delivery delays going on as we are on winter term but if you want to cancel your dispatching order, they can offer you a refund and they will bring back your money.
Overall I enjoy the shop, if you are one of the people who likes to give yourself a break from internet, HMV is for you. 👌
My pros of the shop is the staff's are very friendly, great customer service & a lovely environment.
My only one Con is because the environment is big, it can be overwhelming and difficult to find what you want to buy.

Love click and collect facility
Love click and collect facility. Emails were prompt. The lovely woman who served me at your Mansfield branch was a joy, we had a good chat as always when I shop in Mansfield. So nice friendly people. Whenever I shop at HMV in Mansfield they are always pleasant and welcoming.

The website doesn’t always work
The website doesn’t always work , so although it showed the products, I couldn’t order on line.
Staff in store are always helpful & knowledgeable. I was able to place an order in store, & received emails telling me the order was accepted & when the product was available to collect.

Positive input,value for money, experienced cheerful staff
My experience at hmv is always positive, helpful and friendly, I usually shop at the four seasons Mansfield store who have friendly,experienced and knowledgeable, helpful positive staff members always ready to help discover what you're looking for with a kind, cheerful and polite attitude. I recently purchased a tamigocha online which I found cheaper from hmv than anywhere else, I was pleased with the well packaged and quality of the product as well as the fast delivery , I will and always do recommend to friends and family for a valued quality experience every time
