The ordering process online was not…
The ordering process online was not easy, it wasn't letting me go to payment, I later discovered that I had to click the adress for payment. Which was not easy to see.
The Experience of receiving my order was much easier and the staff were excellent and I didnt have to wait long at all to be served, thank you so much for a pleasant experience when collecting my order.

The man on the till was very rude
The man on the till was very rude. I told him I had a parcel to collect and he just said “size?”. I asked him what he meant and he said “obviously the parcel size”. I think that’s a very weird question for somebody to ask so unsure why he had attitude about it.

Never ordered items online before but the website was easy to navigate. I found what I was looking for fast, check out easy. The blue tooth record player is excellent value for money, going to be 1 happy face Christmas morning. Normally shop in store as staff are friendly and helpful but item not available so was advised to go to website
