Great shopping experience
The online shopping was easy.
However I made a mistake when placing the order.
I went to the shop in Doncaster and the assistant was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Kenna, the Sales person that served me was really helpful, always smiled, very informative of the products sold at HMV, she was very patient to my enquiry about a certain product I was interested in buying, and indeed, I did buy this item.
My visit to HMV in Doncaster was a very enjoyable experience. Kenna is a credit to HMV and I will visit this store again.

Click and collect was easy and painless,price was good and at my local store for collection within 2 working days. What's not to like?

Long delivery time…
I ordered The Drifter by the Soul Brothers Syndicate featuring Darrell smith vinyl single.
It's taken over a month to arrive in store for pick up.
Know it's not your fault, probably the pressing plant.
As a collector I like the first press so was a little disappointed it's taken fo long.
I did receive emails updating me through the long wait, the store staff were very helpful and couldn't apologise enough.
