Fees are very affordable. Was able to link hitpay to our company app as well. Also able to customize the admin fees for various payment methods. Areas for improvement would be more customizability for the customer receipt for payment links. Would be good if admin fees could be customized for international card payment and local card payment, since the hitpay fees vary for the two.

Convenient for both the merchants & customers to process payments. However, it will be better if the payout period for the merchants can be shorten.

Platform is easy to use and navigate

Hitpay made my business receiving payments seamless with payers by card/ paywave/ or most of the payment methods i had difficulty before (grabpay/ alipay etc) best thing is a one time payment for the POS system and lastly great after sales service! 5-Star Rated.

It's great to be able to contact customer support through WhatsApp, and the response rate is within the same day.
The status of payment links (e.g. completed or unpaid) is clearly stated for easier reference.
It will be even better to show the breakdown of transactions related to every bank payouts, instead of having to download it.
Only downside for now is the high foreign currency transaction fees (+2%) :(

It's a one-stop shop for payments.
Hitpay is a really convenient payment gateway for Singapore sales. We only use the POS, not the website option, but it is excellent for inventory control too. Sometimes payments do take a bit longer to process, the rates can be higher than I like (we use Square in Australia so it's quite high compared to that) and the way that different payments are credited to your account at different times makes for tiresome accounting, but it's still the most convenient POS system I've found for Singapore retail.

I have use hitpay for my business baozaboy shop in Singapore. The fee are quite high.

I have been using HITPAY for about a year. It is very easy to install and most importantly for me, when I have questions, I can easily connect with REAL people whether on Whatsapp or Email. A lot nicer to deal with human instead of a chatbot.
