Had two front tyres fitted today! Great price and fitted quickly despite being busy. Been using HiQ for around ten years now for MOT’s, Services, replacement tyres and other repairs. Great team! Will not go anywhere else!

Excellent service, booked in for MOT and had to change the date, this was accomodated at short notice. Well communicated once MOT complete and ready for collection. Polite and professional front of staff too. Thanks

I am a returning customer and have always found all the staff to be extremely helpful and efficient … I do not and would not go anywhere else for tyres in Shrewsbury… prices and service are always the best .

I was travelling from Bristol to stay the weekend in Shrewsbury, during the journey my car started making a loud knocking sound & shaking, as I got into Shrewsbury I took my car straight to these guys, they took it for a test drive & advised I was extremely lucky as the wheel has become loose during my journey!.

These amazing people managed to get my wheel sorted within half an hour paid up & sent on my way, I am so grateful for there help, professionalism & in all honesty saving me from having a serious accident!

Hands down could not fault these guys, very friendly service, quick turnaround & all round amazing!! Would highly recommend

I went in for new tyres. Was alerted to a problem with my braking system (rear discs and pads and brake hose). Despite being very busy, Stuart and Chris took the time to explain exactly what was needed to be done, and fitted me in to do the additional work without me needing to rebook. They did a great job and I definitely will be going back. Thank you Stuart and Chris!

I have been using Hi Q Shrewsbury consistently for 7 years. I previously used someone nearer but they started over charging me and there’d always be ‘extras’ on the bill, then taxed which always resulted in me paying an extra £50+
Stu at Hi Q never does this. He’s honest and upfront. His staff are friendly and polite too. Sadly my car has been in 2x this year and is about to go in again so it’s costing me a fortune! I need a company I can trust and I’m hoping this remains it as it’s not easy to find reliable garages!

Never had an issue with this company, thankfully my car hasn't needed to be in a garage much but whenever it has, no job is too much for them. Staff really go out of the way to make you feel valued. Thoroughly appreciated. Thank you guys ☺️

Staff (especially Stewart)are all very friendly and helpful. Whilst there were some delays it was understandable as they were so busy.

Overall, tyres changed, oil service, and an MOT all done to great standard. Will definitely use again.

Despite being really busy and short staffed Stuart and the lads did a great job for me repairing a broken coil spring then servicing and MOT'ing my car. I would highley recomend Stuart and his team at HiQ Shrewsbury, i've used them for years and will continue to do so as long as they're there.

Today’s experience was no exception. Put simply, I trust the staff here to look after my car and to always give me honest, straightforward advice.

The Manager is excellent very approachable explains any issues in plain English in order people without knowledge of cars like myself can understand. He is always friendly and completes the work to a good standard.
