As usual, excellent service, good value for money,wouldn't go anywhere else.

From dropping vehicle off to collection , communication was fantastic and Phil was very helpful, would definitely use again !!!!

Bought 4 new tyres recently, from the on line system through to the fitting of the tyres I can’t fault the team.

We first went to HiQ when I was going to drive Scotland and wanted to check my car was ok. So we got a FREE health check which was great. Here they noticed I needed two new tyres because of the tread. Another time my car was making a funny noise and it was due for a service they fitted my car in very promptly and I like that he is straight to the point no sugar coating. They also have a payment system so you can pay big bill gradually without interest!!! Which is amazing! To be honest we are so grateful to have found Phil and his team. They always make time to look at my car even if it's something small. He even checked my tyre the other day cause I was worried and there was nothing wrong and didn't charge us for his time! He even gave me some advice about my parents car free of charge. Glad to know we have a reliable mechanic so local to us! Thank you!

Absolutely best service when the most you needed. Tyres, wheel alignment, recommendation, post alignment check and follow up. If you are living on M6 then at J31A is this is the place where you can do all tyres and auto care. Best in business, just hidden in the small industrial estate. Great response and action , flexible in bookings. Highly recommended.

Had a puncture went to garage just round corner from me and recieved nothing but abuse from them and was told in aggressive manner they don’t do them so went to HiQ on Roman way Preston.

When explained and asked all was good they where polite and understood that I have a disability brilliant set of staff did all they could to help will use them again when the time comes top marks for helpfulness and customer service I will highly recommend you to other people.

Been using HiQ for a number of years now for both my personal and business vehicles. Phil and Jamie are always willing to bend over backwards to help out and get things going. Honest and hardworking. Not your usual “oh you need all these parts” kind of place (unless of course your vehicle needs them)!

The latest project was a full Off Side rebuild on my Nissan Navara after an argument with the central reservation. And all I can say is thank you! After a few late nights and stressful hunting for parts, the guys did it and the dogs and I are back on the road safely!

Once again HIQ in Grimsargh have helped me out, this time with a punctured tyre.

I moved to the area 18 months ago and was concerned about finding new local business's for all my needs, but hit the jackpot with HIQ in Grimsargh.

Service, MOT, Tyres and brakes and they have sorted me out a number of times. Nothing is too much of a problem and they are really honest and will not complete work if not required. We had an issue with a local main dealer who after taking to car in for an airbag recall, they then claimed we needed work urgently completing to the tune of £1600. HIQ told me to come down straight away, looked at the brakes and promptly told us that the work was not needed immediately and could wait until the service and MOT in a few months time.

Also had a problem with a cracked alloy wheel and although they could not rectify this, they referred me onto another local business who could.

Not being mechanically minded, I rely on the honestly of local companies such as HIQ and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful service! The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the work is always completed very quickly with no fuss. I've visited them three times in the last six months, and two of those times were without appointments where the problem had occurred the day of or the day before (my car has been very unlucky). They were able to fit my car in to be repaired and on all occasions the problem was fixed really quickly! Highly recommend!!!
